Beautiful location! Their gardens and sculptures are fabulous. Spent some time wondering around with a glass of wine. Their tasting experience is fantastic, excellent service, great wines and very friendly and welcoming staff.

We’ve been to a couple of 5 star ⭐️ places and experienced some nice fine dining. NOW This place! Leeu collection, is completely exquisite, above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced!! I don’t know where to start! The staff, each and everyone of them, next level professional, friendly and welcoming! What a joy to be surrounded with such amazing people! We also recommended the wine tasting at the wine studio, and why not vist the spa afterwards both places we felt so welcomed by the staff that we don’t want to leave !! The food! Oooh my word! We couldn’t have enough of it! We went for the full 3 course wine pairing experience and what an experience! Everything just complemented each other so beautifully!! These people understand what it means when you are pairing food and wine!👌🏻 I can truly say! This place is one for the books! But it has its own book on the top shelve!! THANK YOU LEEU COLLECTION you deserve a galaxy of stars rating!!

I was there for high tea with friends. It's a very beautiful wine estate with spectacular views and beautiful landscaping. Very classy and formal set up.The service is excellent. The waiters are very professional. The food was lovely however I expected a bit more. But overall a very pleasant experience and definitely well worth a visit.

Very very informative personal tasting guide walked us through the Leeu and Mullineux wines with detail and good humour. The property is amazing with sculpted garden. Tastings are not free, but there is a selection of "courses" at various prices.

So sad to be leaving. We had a wonderful honeymoon stay. While we were sad there were no rooms with terrace available, the view did not disappoint us. Beautiful art all over the property. Amazing view from the room…but what stands out most was the fabulous service from every single staff member.

What a hotel. The room was spectacular and the view was simply astonishing. You could spend hours on the private balcony just staring at the view! The complimentary wine tasting at the on-site winery was a nice touch and a great way to start our stay there. The service was spot on and the grounds are beautiful for a stroll around. The hotel is quiet but still very close to the centre of Franschhoek.

We didn't stay here but the staff was friendly enough to let us in for some drinks before our lunch booking. Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff from the security man to the hotel manager. Amazing drinks list, especially exceptional range of rare whiskeys from all over the world.

We visited the spa! Oh my hat, what an experience! A MUST GO if you are in the area! Fine dining experience was also amazing on our previous visit! I love this place!

Went to spa here. Lovely relaxing massage and exquisite world-class facilities. It was really such a treat after we got over the first disappointment of poor service; we initially had to wander about trying to find out where to go in the spa, where to change, how we can order something to eat or drink.

Four adjoining vineyards were assembled together to make this spectacular, world class resort. Beautiful rooms and suites are available in the manor house as well as serval charming and unique cottages throughout the property. The estate sits just up in elevation from the valley floor with acres of perfectly manicured gardens and gorgeous views of the hillsides all around. The quality of customer service from the entire team here is bar-none. Spa services and a full gym are on site as well as several dining options. Don’t miss dinner at La Petite Colombe. The estate is about a five minute drive to the heart of the town of Franschoek. Leeu also has an estate in the Lake District in England and will open a property in Florence, Italy in 2024.

Very good wine, extremely friendly staff. Only downside is once you've found a great wine in the tasting you can't enjoy a bottle right there an then, due to some liquor licence stuff.

Wow! We had the absolute perfect honeymoon stop staying at Leeu Estates for 4 nights. The service went above and beyond to make our stay so special. Complimentary wine, olive oil, rose filled bath tubs, deserts... it was so incredible. Never have we received such wonderful treatment before. The grounds were beautiful, rooms were so cozy and spacious, spa treatments so relaxing, food delicious, and wine superb. We will definitely be back and recommend a stay here to anyone.

Impeccably manicured gardens, great service. A really classy wine estate well worth visiting and tasting the wines on offer. They produce relatively small quantities of the finest wines, all highly acclaimed, they sell out fast. Although prices are on the higher side, I still bought some after the tasting.

A stunning place, loved the view, food and wine (of course!). The art work around the rooms, hotel and grounds is worth the visit alone. Do the wine tour. Totally recommend. The food and service is up there with the best and the breakfasts are cracking. Only niggle is the drive around the site for guests, on the one way loop, is excessive. But it is a beautiful drive even if not very environmentally friendly. Perhaps this could be reviewed. If you get the chance to go then do!

Stepping into this enchanting haven felt like entering a dream. The stunning gardens, spa, vineyard, and the rooms. This hotel isn't just a stay it's a soulful journey through beauty and hospitality. Every corner exuded elegance, but it was the warmth of the staff that truly made it exceptional. Thank you for everything Leeu states, and thank you to the travel company Airusafrica for this experience ❤️ Gemma

What a great wine estate . Lovely tasting room . Great art and good wines. Having said that wines are a bit expensive but definitely very fine wine. The view and atmosphere is amazing

Fantastic, picturesque estate. Manicured gardens. Beautiful art and sculpture. Avoid Max House. It’s not up to the standard of the rest of the estate. Last stayed: 22 Jan 2022 We didn’t get to spend a lot of time on the estate this visit. We had a fantastic room in the main manor with beautiful views. As always, the service was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommended. 5/5

In a word—‘spectacular’! One of the most attractive hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. It didn’t hurt that we had lovely weather. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the service and quality of the rooms were fantastic. If there was the ability to give it six stars I would. It’s expensive but deserves to be.

Check out my review to Le Quartier Français due to it being one of the facilities of the Leeu Collection. We celebrated my 40th birthday perfectly and in true class, elegance and beauty. I felt so valued from the moment of our reception at Le Quartier Français (Leeu Collection) I felt like royalty, and at the same time so humbled by the warmth and friendliness of the concierge at your beautiful establishment. From Angelo, especially, we felt a genuine sense of care and concern to make our stay with you a pleasant and memorable one. The fine dining was exquisite!

Impeccably beautiful with the most friendly and professional staff. From when you enter the estate through the gate, until you leave again. My mom and I went for the Mother and Daughter Celebration Spa treatment, and this was the most relaxing three hours I've ever experienced. The receptionist and therapists were so lovely and welcoming, from when we entered and received a welcome drink, to when we were finished with our treatment and got to relax with a nice water and a view of the garden. We were even given some goodies to take home and sample. The Healing Earth products are wonderfully rich and smell AMAZING. A super experience, that I would recommend to everyone!

My wife and I stayed at Leeu Estates for our honeymoon, and we could not have been happier with our decision! The people are incredibly friendly, the art is stunning, and the wine is delicious. Make sure to walk the property to take in the manicured gardens and the beautiful sculptures fully. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place.

Have stayed at a lot of hotels and this is my new favorite of all time. It’s the most beautiful property with friendly staff and stunning interiors. I am in awe.

Stunning. 9 out of 10. We did a full body and facial at the spar. Out of this world. Worth the money. Coleen at the front desk was brilliant. Wonderful attitude and very helpful.

What an incredible experience. It was like stepping into another world. A haven away from the noise and bustle. A feast for the eyes...infact a feast for all the senses...from the spa to the restaurant to the views. I will certainly be visiting again soon!

So our first experience which was 27/01/22..was horrific. When we got to the main entrance the driver's identification was verified. The car's license unfortunately expired without the drivers knowledge as it was a borrowed car. We were refused to enter the premises due to Insurance policies!...we had a lunch reservation at LA Petit At 2pm and we were arguing and asking the security for advice on how to overcome this situation! To no avail...we the phoned the restaurant to tell them that we have problems entering the estate...fortunately we had someone there that was thinking outside of the box! The chef fetched us with her private vehicle which we are grateful for. So we eventually got to the restaurant at 2.25...and we have appointment at the spa at 3pm. Not gonna still go into the stressful details but have to applaud the chef, manager at the restaurant and the manager and one of the waiters at the Spa. A dreadful experience that could have easily been avoided..if we had competent more competent people working at the front gate of the Estate. So what was suppose to be a relaxing day which by the way wasn't cheap, turned out to be very stressful.

Oh my word this place Leeu Estate is out of another world. The food was delicious, the drinks were great the pairings that they have on the menu are spot on. The team were so friendly and helpful. The look and feel of the place is gorgeous the gardens are prestigious and immaculate. I’ll go back every weekend if I could. Massive well done to Analjit Singh you have created the best place in Cape Town. Also don’t forget the insane collection of art when you there make sure you enjoy every piece.

This is every bit a 5-star hotel as the mind can imagine. My husband and I visited Leeu Estates for 3 nights at the end of September for our belated honeymoon and it quickly became the #1 hotel that either of us have ever visited across the globe. Beyond the absolutely stunning grounds, architecture, and interior design (truly not a detail was overlooked), the people and service are just incredible. In particular Frank, Angelo, Hilda and Edwin went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. We received a complimentary Mullineux wine tasting at the property’s wine studio, paid for an incredible 2-hour couples massage at the spa, ate a million-course meal at La Petite Colombe, enjoyed a relaxing day at the pool, walked the garden and appreciated the art, ate the most delicious complimentary breakfast spread of our lives and ultimately found our paradise. If we didn’t live across the world, we would already be back for another visit. Thank you for the unmatched hospitality, friends! You made our honeymoon so incredibly special.
