Loved the corner room (with a double bed) with the mountain views. Comes with a balcony to sit with a cup of hot drink and enjoy the fabulous views. Very clean rooms! Location wise it’s a little far from the city centre but that’s a good thing because the city centre is nothing but a busy highway full of trucks. So the higher you go the better are the views of mount kazbek. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location, small cosy guesthouse, comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, the host Maia is amazing girl 💖 and the view of glacier Mkinvartsveri or Kuro mountain is fascinating!!! Loved to stay here 🥰

We stayed at this place and Tamara was a wonderful and kind hearted host. The place is value for money. She offered us tea and coffee on our arrival with fresh cream rolls. Although the communication in English was a problem but we could manage with sign language. Her niece Tekla was also there fortunately and she knew, spoke and translated every communication with Tamara and us in English.

Tamara's place is awesome! I had a wonderful stay. Location can be easily found on maps. The rooms have amazing views of Mount Kazbek and the Gergeti Trinity Church. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the first rays of the day falling on the snowcapped dome of Mount Kazbek, sitting on your bed. Tamara doesn't speak English, but that doesn't stop her from extending great hospitality to her guests! She welcomed me with a warm smile when I got there. All rooms were available then, so she asked me to pick the one I like. Then with bits of English, she told me necessary instructions, where towels are, etc. To confirm some things, she put me on phone with her niece who speaks English. She offers breakfast for 15GEL per head. I had it on both days and it was great! The homemade jam she serves is awesome! Stay and breakfast, both are definitely recommended!

The guesthouse has a huge common room with a heating stove. 2 large rooms (we used those as rooms for 4 and 5 people) and one or two smaller rooms. Rooms have gas heating. There are plates, cups and an electric kettle. There is a single toilet & shower which is problematic when all 11+ tenants need it at the same time. Tamara the host is very nice. She also speaks Russian. You can order breakfast. It is very good and served in a adjacent building where Tamara lives.

The rooms are clean, the beds are trully comfortable and big. The breakfast and dinner was simply amazing. The shared bathroom is kept tidy, it was one of the best showers we had in Georgia! We also washed our clothes there. For only 5 lari, the sweet lady will wash, dry and fold your clothes. The overall price is very democratic PLUS one of the ladies speaks English. I strongly recommend this guesthouse and would certainly come again.

It was very nice. Tamara did everything she could for us and answerd all our questions. On arival we did get tea and sweats. The bed was very comfy. Only bad thing was the shared toilet, if there are many guests it gets a little crowded. Prepare for waiting times.
