Excellent coffee shop with unique flavored coffees and energy drinks. My dog also throughly enjoyed her "drink" too. Staff is very patient and helpful with any questions we have.

This is the 4th time I have been to this location. Always friendly, helpful and efficient. Long line today due to a texting special before 1pm, 16 oz drinks 99 cents, but it was handled well. Will definitely keep returning to this location. Gave up Starbucks for BIGGBY and do not regret it at all. Saving money and enjoying my coffee treats! The Peppermint Mocha was delicious. 😋

Staff was wonderful and the prices are awesome. When I was there drive-thru was moving very quickly! Easy on easy off Schoenher and Moravian. Will definitely be back! My favorite thing about this is that they actually will put the cream cheese on the bagel if you order one so you don't have to pull over and do it yourself. Another big name coffee establishment laughed at me when I asked them to do that! Biggby has my business forever.

Went in on national coffee day and had a caramel marvel with sweet foam made by Emerson and I have never had a better coffee in my life, from the presentation, to the ratio and taste it was phonomenal, excellent workers!!

While waiting in line I noticed the owner had started helping take orders. There was an old lady in front of me and I witnessed the owner literally gaslight the poor lady into buying a bagel after she said no around 5 times. If you see a bald man at the register run for your life.

These are my favorite people. I can tell they enjoy what they do and have fun making some of the most delicious and delightful latte treats any person can ask for. Everything from their long list of choices are winners. Throw anything at them and they’ll always be sweet while making and presenting to you the sweetest of drinks. Make this coffee shop YOUR coffee shop and you won’t regret it. Plus, they have a pretty bangin’ discount and rewards program. Just ask about it!

Erica is just the best! They greeted me promptly and was quick to take my order. Erica also scanned a coupon for me & got me set up with their rewards program. My bragel was delicious and my drink was clearly made with love from Brandi. This is easily one of the best BB locations.

What a breath of fresh air. The employees are always friendly and a joy to talk to. Night and day from Tim Hortons. Pricing is a little higher than other coffee shops, but the one on Schoenherr and 14 1/2 gives great coupons.

This is the Best Biggby. The staff is super friendly and have great customer service skills. Even when there's a line you don't wait very long as they're very fast and well staffed. This place is how a cafe/restaurant is supposed to be ran. With enough staff to handle multiple orders coming in not on a skeleton crew like other coffee chains.

This location is by far the best Biggby! The staff is always so friendly, they will take the time to answer any questions about the food, coffee's or flavors (being there a huge list to choose from 😍). They have gone out of their way to give me additional coupons and a Biggby card and explained how to use it. Highly recommend this location of you want an enjoyable experience!

This is the best location with the best staff!!! They are always so so kind. The girl today was too sweet! A bee flew in our car while we were ordering and my 5yo was screaming as if he was losing his life. This poor girl had the patience of a saint and made our visit extra special, despite the crazy 🐝 😂 Keep up the great work!

I always love going to this bigby and most bigbys. The staff here is welcoming and polite. The food is good and so are the drinks. I get the frozen blasts every time, and they make it right almosy everytime, if they don't, they will fix it.
