Despite being the sole occupant of the waiting room, it took 32 minutes to be assigned a room and another 33 minutes for the doctor to spend only half a minute with me. The care I received lacked any sense of urgency. While the facility may be clean, it was far from speedy. The level of professionalism was less than impressive, although my medical assistant Tommy was exceptional. I wouldn't describe the service as being helpful either. However, the location is convenient as it is less than a mile from my residence. In the future, I can foresee myself returning since when I'm ill, I tend to become quite lazy.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Took my 9 month old baby here. My 19lb baby was given and prescribed double the dosage she was supposed to get. I noticed the high dosage and reached out to my child’s pediatrician who in turn let me know that it was not only unsafe but double the dose. When o called back to speak with a doctor the receptionist was rude, dismissive, & reluctant to let me speak to a supervisor. Supervisor did apologize for the mistake but making excuses for the doctor in question with the excuse that “she only took the medication once so she SHOULD BE fine. Please do not take your young children here.

it was fast in and out, and the first nurse that took the vitals and everything was very kind and compassionate, but the main doctor had some terrible bedside manner and ended the entire interaction very abruptly and passive/aggressively rude. I left feeling very judged and will not be back.

My elderly mother was bitten by a dog pretty badly. We didn’t arrive at urgent care until about 9:50pm. The very nice young person at the desk said they stopped taking new patients at 9:30. My mom was bleeding and needed stitches. They agreed to see her. Dr. A cleaned and stitched her up. Dr. A is kind and compassionate as we’re all the rest of the staff. They stayed late to take care of my mom. I am very truly grateful. If you need emergency medical care, this is the place! Efficient, kind, caring, beyond professional. I can’t say enough about this place!

I took my daughter in, she was having EXTREME ear pain. I have never been to any doctor/urgent care that has seen us as fast as they did. We checked in, seen, and prescription was sent to our pharmacy within 25 minutes.I know that is not always the case I use this urgent care for me and both my daughters very regularly. I was genuinely impressed with this experience. The doctor was quick, knowledgeable, overall amazing. Props to you! my daughter is all ready a million times better. Thank you!

This is definitely my go to place for all my medical needs for me and my family. We been going here for a few years now. You can expect a quick visit but a thorough one. Sue is a wonderful nurse and a compassionate one at that. She always makes us feel comfortable and never rushed. The receptionist is also nice. The Dr. also knows what he's doing because he treats but never over treats! Keep up the good work Sterling Heights Urgent Care!

Went in thinkin I had covid...took a swab up my nose, took my temp, came back & said nope, no covid. Never even looked at my throat after saying it hurt & that I was living on cough med. Every 4 hrs.! Not thorough at all! Dr. was not pleasant, asked zero questions. Don't waste your time there!! I sure won't anymore!!
