I ordered 2 custom birthday cakes each costs $55 I paid $30 deposit on each plus I provided them with a cake topper for one of the cakes. I had a relative pick up the first cake which is on 2/20/22 the color was wrong, they added sprinkles instead of pearls they sold the cake topper to another customer so my relative waited 30 mins for them to bring the cake topper back and still paid full price for the first cake which was $55. When I saw the cake I saw how horrible it looked I called and spoke to the owner he said “we have someone special make the cake that’s why they’re more expensive than regular cakes in the showcase” I asked for a refund back he agreed and I took the cake back. The girl that greeted me was mad at me and had full attitude. I asked to review the second custom cake I ordered which I’m supposed to pick up on 2/26/22 she looked at the previous note (the store associate had written) then asked me to clarify the order which I did then she said “this cake is going to cost you $70 not $55 because you brought back the first one”. I asked for a refund of my deposit she refused and gave me store credit when I asked for proof of it she had me take a picture of the old note. Worst service ever definitely won’t be going back or recommending. They need new staff ASAP. I provided picture The all pink cost $55 and chocolate and white cream is $30.

If I can put a zero star, I will definitely put a zero !!This is the third time in row that I bought baklava from Paris and that is how it’s showing in picture .It’s very old that you can’t chew it unless you have Metal teeth.!!!! And the first two times I didn’t say anything but it happened again so I had to write a review. Before I bought it,I ask the lady who works there to give me fresh batch of baklava .She told me bought it and I went home which 15 miles away I discovered it is smelly and old nasty taste the pistachio turning black . I called the store they told me to bring it back unfortunately I am not going to drive home 15 miles to exchange baklava partially old batch and she tell me is fresh one unless you decide to lose a teeth then you chew it .

Husband and I visited for the first time to get something for our first anniversary. We tried different flavors of cake and some baklava. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hands down absolutely delicious and fresh. It's an hour drive but we will be back!

I came in today for a cake order at 11 and this girl named Ranya helped me out and she was the sweetest person and made sure that i was happy with my cake order. I love the great customer service and their baklava and deserts taste delicious! Definitely recommend!!!

Should be given zero star experience for selling stale food. I got two pastries (25$) and nut cake (8$) and the psastries were rotten when we tasted after getting it home. The nut cake had mold at bottom and the lady specifically told that I will last long. Never purchase anything from this place and this place should be closed by @foodcontroldepartment. I would have come and asked for refund if it was not late hours and unfortunately I only have credit card statement. Don’t ever go here.

Such a baddest stuff and gloss. Humans are not animals to eat your freaking dry snail sweets. Wow!! What kind of job you guys do. Review yourselves. Plus wrong custom cake order. No more get in there.

Where do I begin…. One star is too much for this one. Very negative experience! Placed an order with Marylena over the phone. The order was reiterated over the phone at least 3 times to ensure everything was clear. When I went to pick up my order, the wrong order was given to me two times in a row. After 32 minutes, they found the correct order and acted as if nothing happened. Not even an apology was stated. I believe the owners here should invest in hiring literate and a more intelligent staff to ensure organization and improved time management for a greater customer experience.

I ordered a cake for my Henni and paid 520 USD and told them I need it chocolate sponge. We found that they did one tiers milk sponge the second one is chocolate. The design was the same as we requested. But I don't recommend this store especially the customer service is bad. The woman manager is so rude

Awful customer service. Just came in here and person behind counter was annoyed that we asked questions about flavor of desserts, prices of pastries, and worst of all did not wear gloves when touching the food. Not only would the employee not answer questions but was also combative and condescending. At one point I even said - I am sorry if I’m asking elementary questions, this is our first time here. For a place that sells desserts, service sure is sour.

I love the Cakes and sweets here.. Always fresh. The owners are kind people and will accommodate to your needs.. Keep up the great job!!

I always order my cakes and baklava for all of our occasions and I never gotten disappointed. They actually go above and beyond my expectations. I love their cakes so tasty and soft. I highly recommended.

Best cakes in sterling heights! Their cakes are not too sweet and the custard is amazing. But the way they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy is what makes them truly the best bakery I have been too.

A week ago, I recommended the cake to them. They made me the ugliest cake I had ever seen. It was not the same picture or the same taste that I requested. When I called them, they said leave us your phone number and we will call you later. They lied to me and once a week for not calling me

I was invited to a birthday party and when I ask about where it was from they told me it was Paris pastry. The design on the cake was well made and look realistic. Best part was it wasn’t to sweet, so u can actually taste the cake, it was just Perfect. I will always buy from them the next time I have a party.

I agreed with Paris sweets 6 months before my party, with sacking, transportation, and paying the full amount before the party. Unfortunately, I paid the full amount agreed upon ……… Unfortunately, everything was contrary to the agreement, and the quantity was much less than what was agreed upon, and the quality was not good, especially the baklava because it was dry and not organized. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

They are amazing. The chef listened to my criteria of my sons birthday cake for over an hour and made it exactly how I wanted in such a short notice. He is amazing. Also, the taste of the cake is fabulous! His cream cake looks so perfect that I didn't need to worry about ordering a fondue cake! Don't hesitate to order with them!

This is the last time buying anything from Paris Pastry, the plate of “Zenud” was soaked in sugar, and the cake was filled with cream. I told my mother to throw it all in the trash, before someone else eats it then they end up going to the hospital with some serious health problems. You should be ashamed selling something like this, this can kill people.

Awesome bakery, the customer service is great. The ladies were so patient with me. So many beautiful custome decorative cake options to choose from. They understood what I wanted and suggested the PERFECT CAKE and style!!! They also offered to let me sample the mousse flavors for a more positive selection. Paris Bakery gets a 5 star from me. Stick to One price! Play with prices depending on customer. Literally last week my sister purchased sugar free small baklava tray for $30. Today I went and I was charged $35. Also I gifted the baklava and my friend told me it was gross that it was dry and flavorless. First and last time going here. I usually buy the best baklava from palm sweets across the street but went here because my sister thought they were good last week when she purchased it. Never again.

Our wedding cake tasted sooo good and they did a great job decorating it! Thank you!!
