The worst. 4 hours of waiting in the queue to get the simple prescription and to hear about the decease I know I have. The doctors dont care about anything, slowly walking down the corridor, chatting and drinking tea while people are waiting in the queue... Nice example of organisation funded by taxpayers money. If you feel not good better hurry and go to the adequate doctor on friday instead of wasting time all the weekend there.

One of the lady who works in the reception is very unfriendly and was not possible to talk to her. I highly don’t recommend to go to this praxis. There is no way to feel it like this if they are supposed to take care about and and to help us.

I went there to get a PCR test because my Corona warning App said, that I had a close encounter. The staff was very competent and the waiting time was very short. I got my test result the next day.

I wish there is a lower rate than just one star. Three years ago I was at their dentist everything went really well, but I was there again few days ago to their general practitioner but everything was hell. I was in total pain because of UTI, as an emergency practice they supposed to determine that my case was severe. I had to wait for 2 hours even though I already begged them so I can get treated fastly, because what all I need is just a prescription of an antibiotic. Finally they called me, I was crying, the nurse and the doctor laughed at me. She gave me a prescription rudely. I told her that I have resistant against antibiotic which she wrote me. But you know what? She just didn't care and asked me to go and take my prescription instead. I wish I remember her name, but I could not. So beware of a middle age woman doctor there if you are really in emergency, otherwise just go to hospital.

I had a cheast pain near the heart with a pain on the back left Shoulder wich is kind of a sign of a heart attack as i online checked...they took me in..in no time with full care and the Dr and his assistant were so friendly and helpful with complete check up and satisfying comforting results and advices on the source of pain...

I arrived with an wrist injury, and the reception workers insisted that I fill in the intake form by myself. They didn’t help at all or consider that I could aggravate the injury by trying to write. I could barely fill it out, and they were impatient that it was taking so long! Once I was in the room, that practitioner was helpful and kind with the exam.

I went there with a huge abscess due to tonsillitis. The DR gave me pain killers!!! I went home and called 116117. another Dr came to my apartment and immediately sent me to the hospital. The surgeon told me that I could die if I didn't go there. These Drs shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine.

I went there because of cystitis. Despite the line at the entrance, I was treated and sent home in 20 minutes. Fast and friendly people...

Very good experience, fast. Apotheke next door to the clinic. I was seen quickly, the doctor was friendly, and check in and check out were quick despite a long line of people. Got prescribed medication. I only had a physical exam for strep throat; they did not do a swab test. You do have to pay in cash, but it was not much.
