This dentist used to be good when it was Hochhold Krischolleck. As of 2023 is changed management to Dental 21. I noticed the level of service got worse immediately, my doctor doesn't spend as much time as me and the service in general is more focused on pushing sales of other services that was not part of their structure before. I had an appointment booked for 1 hour 30 mins in August that I needed to push back into September as I wasn't able to attend. I called the service one month in advance. We agreed on a time. On the week of the appointment I received a text with a different timeslot, which meant my original 1 hour 30 minute appointment couldn't be completed, and a 1 hour was given to me instead, meaning I couldn't complete the original planned treatment. When I asked this, the reception went on to say that the entire appointment needs to be cancelled because someone is sick. They then offered me an appointment at the end of October, which is a total of 3 months delay from my original appointment. The mistake was entirely on their part as they incorrectly rescheduled my original appointment, then cancelled it last minute and are now insisting I wait another month and a half. The receptionist then raised their voice at me, not admitting any fault about what happened or sharing any empathy, they did not make a new appointment for me, instead got angry, said the doctor will call me and hung up the phone without properly ending the call. I have just 1 treatment booked with them for Krankenkasse which I will attend. However after this, I will be looking for a new dentist for all future treatments. I was already on the fence as switching management definitely displayed a lack of patient care and an increase on upselling services. But today was the straw that broke the camel's back as they messed up my appointment, did not reschedule it, raised their voice at me as if I am at fault for their mistakes and hung up on me. I was very upset by this and now am searching for a new dentist as I really need the treatment.

This is a great place for people suffering with TMJ. They are specialists in creating bite guards that correct the jaw dysfunction rather than simply protecting the teeth. That means the bite guard is constantly re -positioning your jaw to its most relaxed position, so that it alleviates muscle tension, headaches, and teaches your muscles how to get in that position over time. Highly recommended!
