Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in einem kleinen Ostsee Ort. Wir hatten Mal wieder großes Glück mit dem Wetter und haben die Übernachtung sehr genossen. Ich kann mir vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😊

Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Leider keine frischen Bäckerbrötchen sondern nur Fabrikware. Bei schlechtem Wetter kein Aufenthaltsraum.

There are many reasons why I was frustrated with the hotel. First, their contact information that were published in the website did not work. I called their phone numbers more than 10 times from August to October 2022, it was always machine who answered. I also sent email and made reservation to their website, but no response. Second, they have of lack of responsibility and customer service. I felt being scammed. So, I bought a voucher in Groupon on August for Hotel Haffidyll, 2 nights including breakfast and lunchpaket in double room. The voucher deal was 109 Euro with the value of 176 Euro according to Groupon for 2 people. My intention is to celebrate my birthday on 19 March 2023 with my husband and newborn baby. As there is no information about baby, I tried to contact the hotel to ask about this but no response. Then, I asked Linde Deals (the provider of the voucher) whether I could bring baby for this voucher and they said yes, and I will only pay city tax. Because of this information, I bought the voucher confidently. When I wanted to make reservation for 17-19 March 2023. Finally, Linde Deals gave me other Haffydil Hotel email to contact them. I was shocked that they said I should pay 288 Euro for apartment room as I could not bring baby to the double room. They only value my voucher 99 euro. Meanwhile, this voucher value of 2 nights in double room and I checked their website, the double room for 17-19 March is 166,00 euro only with breakfast. So the value with Lunchpaket should be more. When I made a complain about this issue, especially telling them that they didnt response my email and call before I bought the voucher and the Linde Deals said I could use the coupon, they did not respond my email anymore. The way how they handle a complain is a nightmare. I was in 9 months pregnancy and this issue brought me a lot of stress. However, they dont care at all. They even did not willing to give any solutions. This is a nightmare for me. I travelled a lot. I have visited 50 countries and I never received any services worst than this. They just cut communication with their customer and the customer even could not call, just wait the email which never come.

Wir haben in der Pension unseren Urlaub verbracht und hatten eine angenehme Zeit hier .Es ist eine ruhige Unterkunft ein tolles ServiceTeam. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen ,eine tolle Aussicht auf das Salzhaff .Und das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr umfangreich .Sehr viel Auswahl auch an Säften und verschiedenen Warmgetränken.

Traumhaftes Hotel, schöne Aussicht! Frühstücksbuffet extrem lecker. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich bin seit 2016 Dauergast und werde es auch weiterhin sein :)

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es hatte eine kleine Küche. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war direkt auf das Haff und man konnte auch die See sehen. Wirklich traumhaft, Fenster auf Seeluft und Blick zum Träumen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wirklich lieb. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker 😋 wir waren jeden Morgen Kugelrund. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser. Nach ca. 5-10 Minuten seid ihr am Strand. Ich kann nur eine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel geben.

Es war sehr schön. Eine Seite die Ostsee und die andere Seite ein ruhiger See. Da dieser Ort sehr beliebt ist und es für nächstes Jahr ausgebucht ist, habe ich auch gleich für den Sommer etwas bei dem Familienhof Miller gebucht. Dieser liegt ca.800m vom Ort entfernt und wird 2024 neu durchstarten. Zum See sind es dann etwa 10Min und zum "Hafen oder Ostsee" ca. 15Min zu Fuß. Parkplätze sind in den Stoßzeiten sehr wenig vorhanden oder teuer. Ich empfehle immer zum Hotel/Wohnung gleich nen Platz dazu zu buchen. Ein örtlicher Edeka ist vorhanden.

Tolles Hotel, aber Zimmergröße/Ausstattung im Verhältnis zum Preis pro Nacht nicht unbedingt gerechtfertigt. Der Charme des Hotels wechselte zwischen "uhii-hier-wurde-modernisiert" und "ohhh-in-die-Jahre-gekommen". Frühstück war ganz gut und die Lage grundsätzlich super, aber direkt an der Hauptstraße und der Parkplatz ist sehr eng. Die Schrankenanlage nervt mit der aktuellen Technik.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt über Wochenende. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit Lunchpaket, sehr freundliches Personal. Einziger Kritikpunk 8€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz und im Bad bräuchte man ein paar Haken für Handtücher und Waschlappen mehr.
