There
are
many
reasons
why
I
was
frustrated
with
the
hotel.
First,
their
contact
information
that
were
published
in
the
website
did
not
work.
I
called
their
phone
numbers
more
than
10
times
from
August
to
October
2022,
it
was
always
machine
who
answered.
I
also
sent
email
and
made
reservation
to
their
website,
but
no
response.
Second,
they
have
of
lack
of
responsibility
and
customer
service.
I
felt
being
scammed.
So,
I
bought
a
voucher
in
Groupon
on
August
for
Hotel
Haffidyll,
2
nights
including
breakfast
and
lunchpaket
in
double
room.
The
voucher
deal
was
109
Euro
with
the
value
of
176
Euro
according
to
Groupon
for
2
people.
My
intention
is
to
celebrate
my
birthday
on
19
March
2023
with
my
husband
and
newborn
baby.
As
there
is
no
information
about
baby,
I
tried
to
contact
the
hotel
to
ask
about
this
but
no
response.
Then,
I
asked
Linde
Deals
(the
provider
of
the
voucher)
whether
I
could
bring
baby
for
this
voucher
and
they
said
yes,
and
I
will
only
pay
city
tax.
Because
of
this
information,
I
bought
the
voucher
confidently.
When
I
wanted
to
make
reservation
for
17-19
March
2023.
Finally,
Linde
Deals
gave
me
other
Haffydil
Hotel
email
to
contact
them.
I
was
shocked
that
they
said
I
should
pay
288
Euro
for
apartment
room
as
I
could
not
bring
baby
to
the
double
room.
They
only
value
my
voucher
99
euro.
Meanwhile,
this
voucher
value
of
2
nights
in
double
room
and
I
checked
their
website,
the
double
room
for
17-19
March
is
166,00
euro
only
with
breakfast.
So
the
value
with
Lunchpaket
should
be
more.
When
I
made
a
complain
about
this
issue,
especially
telling
them
that
they
didnt
response
my
email
and
call
before
I
bought
the
voucher
and
the
Linde
Deals
said
I
could
use
the
coupon,
they
did
not
respond
my
email
anymore.
The
way
how
they
handle
a
complain
is
a
nightmare.
I
was
in
9
months
pregnancy
and
this
issue
brought
me
a
lot
of
stress.
However,
they
dont
care
at
all.
They
even
did
not
willing
to
give
any
solutions.
This
is
a
nightmare
for
me.
I
travelled
a
lot.
I
have
visited
50
countries
and
I
never
received
any
services
worst
than
this.
They
just
cut
communication
with
their
customer
and
the
customer
even
could
not
call,
just
wait
the
email
which
never
come.
