My salvation in need. In the last few weeks I've been to Twyhues more often due to a move. I'm excited. Instead of being smiled at when I didn't know something, everything was explained to me with patience. In large hardware stores, I'm used to the staff fleeing from the customer. But not here. Regardless of whether the specialist staff is male or female, everyone is always friendly. Great customer service!!! It's nice that as a Loitzer I have the specialist store I trust on my doorstep.
