What do you want to have after the passport control? Maybe a vending machine or shop to buy water? Or snacks. Nooo... Let's put there a piano so children can terrorize you with music while you are starving or dying of thirst... Genius airport

Small convenient airport with a small duty free area and also food and beverage. Clean. Security took longer than expected for a small airport. Gates are not far from each other. Food and beverage prices are okish. There is a McDo close to the airport entrance I would go there. No easy train access had to get there by cab.

The airport has a nice (small) size. What really bothered me were the number of benches and waiting areas. If you fly very early in the morning, all benches (approx. 20) are already occupied by sleeping passengers (Which is perfectly okay). However, an airport should take this into account and provide enough benches.

Nice airport but the security checks are very slow. Easily 30-45 min due to only two small lines being open. I would avoid this airport until they fix this

Very bad staff. Ryanair staff! People must stay on rain 20min minimum. English language is very bad, comunication with people very poor, and so on …

Good clean airport with friendly checkin officers, passport control officers and baggage check officers. The airport is easy to navigate in, only downside that some gates don’t have bathrooms, once you pass the passport control then you are trapped, they should put a sign or something.

Small airport, convenient access to the city by tram line 6. Gate A has air-conditioned, soft chairs but B-gate is a tragedy because no air conditioning chairs are hard, uncomfortable. Boarding Ryanair and other flights from Gate B takes place through the field no matter what the weather.

Terrible waiting time to go through security check especially for a small airport! Probably one of the worst airport in time consumption to go through security? As an international airport, Bremen airport can make more efficient methods to fast process the security at least during busy times. Other than the above mentioned, it's a nice and clean airport with friendly and helpful staff members

Painfully slow, not busy, took 45 minutes to get to gate A14. Passport check to fly out of Europe, Stansted. Was in line for a coffee, only 5 people in front, and I had to give up as it hardly was moving. Was in the airport 1hour 15 minutes before departure, no check-in, hand luggage only, only just made it. Again: This time travelling within European Union. ½ hour to get through security. Had 2 lines, each approximately 25 passengers. Everything is just extremely slow, none stood out delaying more than others. Last flight of the day, extremely quiet and SLOW. Should get a job here, would get home each day well rested.

:( Cobblestone and tiles with rough finish. That's one guaranteed way to kill a trolley. :( This place is dead after 8 pm. :( Terminal seems to be a former hangar. It's just a hall. No toilets after Passport control. No comfy seats. No restaurants. Cold.

Small airport with easy to find gates. Not the fault of airport, but the lines because ticket counters are not staffed or rental car companies are closed for large portions of Sundays makes it a less satisfying experience.

It is a small airport, easy for Transit. The airport can be reached with taxi, public transportation. It has short time, regular and long parking possibilities. The processing time for check in and security check is quite fast in compare with bigger airports. There is a Chinese restaurant and McDonald's in the neighborhood. You could buy some sandwiches, pizza, coffee and even fresh beer in the airport.

Its a small, modern but tidy airport. Got through security incredibly quickly and was a pleasant flying from Bremen. Nice that it has a tram stop right outside the airport so there's no need for a taxi!

Very small. No much shops or cafes one bottle of water 3 euros service not great. But anyway much better than Amsterdam, where ratts walking with people.

Nothing is working at 8 p.m. in the evening, neither cafes nor duty free. At the security point, one person needs to throw away the lipstick, because it doesn’t fit in the bag and the other can take them 5 units. Where is the fairness???

Cute little Airport, clean and quiet. Very annoying is the constant foreclosure of the observation deck. Most food places closed , when you have a flight at 18.00 hrs. But overall, sympathetic as the town of Bremen itself.

A small compact and very clean Airport the Signage and Directions are superb and the Car Hire return is straightforward and convenient. The Transport Links with Motorway and Tram are excellent aswell

I just want to warn everyone of the worst customer service experience ever! it really looks like British airways customer service over the phone are trained to not help you in anyway and to create more problems rather than solving them

Tiny yet highly efficient. Tram #6 just outside on the right hand side takes you straight to the center in 10 mins time.

Very short distance, friendly and helpful staff. Only disadvantage is the small number of direct flights. Many direct flights which were cancelled during Corona have not been opened. But compared to the hell of Germany's major airport a pleasant way to start a trip.

Good airport overall. Excellent connection to the city via the tram facing the airport. security is fast and gates and waiting area is clean. Duty free is good but not big
