Very rude staff. I went in and asked to print a photo in photographic paper. The lady came back with the photo printed in A4 paper. I politely told the lady 'I wanted the photo printed in photo paper' she said 'if you don't like it do it yourself in the computer over there'. I thanked her and walked away. Probably they have too many clients and forgot how to treat people. I will not recommend your store to anyone and will tell people to avoid working with you. You need to remember that customers pay your salaries. It is a shame that I must remind you that!

I was struggle finding or how to print here in Berlin in my first days. Found Solid Earth and they open whole week that is great. Staff is very nice and helpful. Price is really good. Bring usb, plugin, open file then print by yourself. It supports to open from email also though I didn‘t use it. Thank you

I was in this copy shop today and the service was no good. I had to print two pages and the printer didn't work. I tell it to boy who was at the cashier and he comes and without saying anything puts the card that was missing and puts giant sheets without asking me what kind of sheet I wanted.So my two prints go on giant sheets while I was trying to print in a3 format.He prints me 3 copies and charges me 1.20 for 3 great copies while I only wanted 2 copies in small normal furnishing.

Staff are really helpful - they took the time to advise me on the right paper and format to create professional quality booklets. The end product looked excellent and the service is quick and reliable. And they’re open evenings, and Saturday and Sunday. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful!! In my case, I speak little German, but the staff here speaks perfect English. The two employees I dealt with were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They both went out of their way to assist me and make sure that I was able to accomplish the printing I needed.

I was always very content but unfortunately now experienced myself a very rude plus unhelpful staff.
