After 2 weeks inspection the oil level is down. They told me that is my problem to check this. If the oil is a bit above the min they don’t do anything. What a customer service!! And on top of all they think they are always right? Zero customer service! Audi we expect service not only luxurious cars!!!

The service at Audi Zentrum Stuttgart is excellent. I have always been treated in a very friendly and courteous manner, and greeted by name when I walk in with an appointment. The work is investigated thoroughly and is explained in detail, with no hidden surprises. This level of service is the reason why I keep choosing Audi.

I had a great journey before, during and after the acquisition when the warranty was needed for the car. Don't imagine that everything was perfect, but they are putting in the effort, the support to clarify every issue or question that you may have. I definitely recommend them.
