This made the perfect lunch stop on our road trip. Not far from the freeway and definitely better than fast food. The cheese burger and buffalo chicken sandwich were delicious and filling. Great service and cute, clean atmosphere. Would totally stop here again.

If your reading this, looking for a place to eat, don’t think twice just go. Clean restaurant with really good food. A lot of the larger food chains in the area could learn a-lot from this place on how a restaurant should be. They take pride in what they have and it shows. Our taste buds benefit from it every time we eat here. Heads up they are currently closed on the weekends. Call ahead

It is a shack from the outside but don't let that fool you. There is a variety of food choices and service was friendly and fast! Had a deep fried chili dog. Would highly recommend!

Our absolute favorite restaurant locally. Love the intimate, homey feel where the owner, head chef, and servers treat you like family. They truly care and are doing it because they have a passion for what they are serving you. The prices are more than fair for quality and quantity. Give them a try and you'll soon become "a regular".

Hubby & I stopped here for lunch. We both had burgers. They were delicious & reasonably priced. We have also ordered take out many times & it has always been just as good as dine in. Our orders have never had any mistakes either

The Hillbilly Snack Shack is exactly as it sounds--comfort food without the fuss, but with all the flavor. I really like all of the menu. The wings are crisp, the Reuben tart, and the burgers are a homerun. If only they had homemade ranch! That would be perfection. The prices have gone up a bit since the pandemic, but that is to be expected. This little hidden gem will not disappoint.

I've never had a bad plate here. The food is excellent and they offer daily specials which is only seen in small diners. The service is excellent, always friendly and attentive. It may look small but is bigger on the inside! Highly recommend!

this was my second visit and it was just as great as it was the first time. the food was fantastic and everyone was so friendly and nice. I recommend everyone stop by and enjoy the wonderful food and great service.

Found this little jem by accident and was absolutely an awesome find. We was working in the area and stopped for lunch. The food was amazing, service great clean and comfortable. Definitely would go back when we are in that area!

Been here many times and never had anything that was less than delicious! This is one of my favorite places when going out. Staff is always friendly and happy to serve you. You can't go wrong stopping at this place!

This was my first time trying food here. I love there pickle fries ( small trips of fried pickles). Will be back if I’m ever up in the area again.

We placed an order for pickup and it was ready on our arrival. The employees were courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful. We've also eaten inside the Hillbilly Snack shack a few times. The restaurant is tastefully decorated as rustic country. It's clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive to their customers' needs. The food is quickly served and everything that we've ordered has been delicious and reasonably priced.

Stromboli was ok. Hubby had steak hoagie his was ok. The lady who waited on us was very ignorant . And because she was so very ignorant. I will never go there again. I am sorry but I feel if you can NOT be nice then find a job that you don’t have to work with the public.

I wanted to love it, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. I really enjoyed the theme of the restaurant in the names of the items. I had the oilfield trash Burger, it had some of my favorite items that I like on my burger. It had excellent flavor it was grilled to perfection. Unfortunately the bun was very dry. I had expected fresh cut french fries, but this was my fault I did not read the menu proper I had to request those. I also had the lava cake and again my expectation was that it would possibly be a homemade lava cake. It was very dry and I'm guessing that it was just warmed up in a microwave, there was some spots that were still pretty cold and some that were warm so it was not heated very evenly. Again everything tasted good and overall it was a good experience except for those small details.

Our first time here while on a Roadtrip. I got the Wednesday special Reuben with French fries and my mom got the Extra special BBQ Beef Cheddar sandwich with fries. They were both amazing! The BBQ had amazing flavor!!

Hot dogs are probably the nastiest hot dogs I ever ate, but the hot balls were soooooo good! Everyone was inviting and super nice. Felt like home.

My buddy and I stopped here on our way to Ohio. Little place, off the beaten path but well worth the trip! We were greeted warmly, the service was quick and our food was hot and delicious. We will return!

We love the Snack Shack. We probably are considered regulars. We are there about 2 times a week, if not more. Very friendly, very relaxed and the food is very very good. You just gotta stop by and check it out.

What an awesome little place in like the most unusual area but once we found it and tried it we were very impressed! Food is awesome! Service was awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to try the kind of food they serve believe me you will not be disappointed and especially the amounts of food that you actually get is very very generous! Great place love it!

A good little place with sandwiches pizza and salads. Really good wings

My gf and I both ordered burgers and they were legit the worst burgers we had ever had. I had to look on the bun and make sure the burger was even there. Portion sizes were extremely small and the sweet tea tasted dirty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Service was impeccable. 5 star for cleanliness. Food was so delicious; extremely filling food. We ate here 2x while traveling. We had fried mushrooms (a little too much breading for my taste, but still tasty), fried cauliflower, mozarella sticks, hamburger w/crinkle fries & chicken parm sandwich w/fresh cut fries (extra charge, but well worth it). PB pie to die for. Loved this place would highly recommend others to give it a try.

Was up at the Highlands, but was tired of the same old restaurants. So I looked on Google Maps for restaurants near me. This Hillbilly Snack Shack came up with 4.8 stars out of 5. We went there and found out why it's so highly rated. Excellent food. I got a "whole" Italian hoagie. Seemed pretty expensive at $18, but I found out why. It is literally like 2 hoagies anywhere else, and it was awesome. My son got The Rick, a grilled cheese burger. He said it was awesome. His girlfriend got a taco salad, and she said it was the best taco salad she has ever had. Great food at good prices. I highly recommend trying this place.
