I went to nova regarding some quite severe lower back pain which was causing me a lot of trouble and discomfort. I saw Kyle Wingate for a sports massage. He was very kind and friendly, was easy to deal with and made me feel comfortable. After the first session I had with him I noticed an improvement in my mobility instantly(as soon as I got off of the table). I had several appointments with Kyle, starting weekly then as my back improved they were more spread out. With each visit I felt improvement every time I left. I only had 5 or 6 sessions and now my back is pain free and I have all my mobility back. I would highly recommend the nova clinic and Kyle as they have provided a great service and got me back to normal.

Agata is amazing. I limped in with lower back pain and after Agata using dry cupping, combined with acupuncture, I walked out without a twinge.... My sciatica has gone but the pain in my back is proving stubborn. I'm getting there. Thanks to Agata and her knowledge, I've been walking stick free for a week...

Very professional and made me feel relaxed whilst the session targeted what I wanted after a discussion of my priorities beforehand. I am a horse rider and runner and walked away feeling like I the sessions were really beneficial (not always comfortable at the time but knew it was doing me good and I was always checked in with during the session). It definitely helped me with my positioning and balance in my sport. I got told I had the best riding session a couple of weeks after a few sessions by my instructor so I am seeing a positive impact already. I also feel so much more aware of my body posture after these sessions. I would recommend this to anyone with a sports aim and feel their body isn't keeping up with them.

After successfully treating both of my sons by Agata at Nova Clinic, I decided to treat myself. Agata patiently listened to all my worries and issues and treated me with acupuncture. I was a bit scared but it was painless and so relaxing. I was given some remedies too. I cannot wait for my next session already. I feel so calm after the session. A natural way to holistically treat your mind and body. I have high hopes that Agata can help me solve my problems and will update this review with my progress.

Had a few very pleasant couples acupuncture sessions, Rory paid attention to our needs to plan the session, he gave us some good advice and emphasized the treatment in the areas I mostly needed on my back. We felt well rested and relaxed at the end of each session.

My arthritis in thumb area even after 1 session was noticeably less painful after acupuncture treatment, will definitely go Back & highly recommend trying this as a way of pain relief, thanks Rory

Agata was recommended to me as I have had severe back pain for years, she was very professional in her approach, I had an in depth consultation and have now had a few treatments of acupuncture with her, I am more than happy with the results, although not completely gone the pain is now so much less and manageable without having to take prescription drugs. I am walking my dogs for an hour again and gardening. I would definitely recommend Agata and her treatments.
