Great atmosphere, staff are excellent and drink taste amazing.

It's in the Cineworld building. It's a Starbucks, so Starbucks fare and prices. Though you do get a discount with an Unlimited card.

Even one star is much for this branch!! The staffs is not friendly at all! They don’t even smile to us, and gave us the strange look! and they lower their voices when talking, barely hearing them! And our beverages were the worst thing that we had ever!!

Though inside the foyer of the cinema, has a seating area outside so not as hectic there. A good place to chill out before going into the cinema especially when it's busy.

Note that this franchise doesn't take Starbuck App at all (so no bean collection, no free drinks, no free extras), plus they charge around 10 to 15% more than other nearby Starbucks.

Excellent service, coffee superb but noisy as in the foyer of a large cinema.

Went in to Starbucks this afternoon with my 2 children. The barista helped me decide on a drink as I was after something sweet and wasn’t sure what to order and made me a beautiful iced white chocolate with caramel sauce which tasted amazing. My daughter split her drink on the floor, everyone working in Starbucks was so helpful to mop up the drink and be so kind to my children. I wish I had the names of the baristas as I would love to name them personally. Thank you so much for being so incredibly helpful and understanding with us.

Was recommended a Hazelnut Hot Chocolate and it was absolutely disgusting!!!! Threw the whole thing straight in the bin.

Josie and Hayley were very attentive to help me with my drinks order. Very friendly service and seating area was immaculate.

Small concession as part of the Cineworld Complex. Always good to take in a drink for a film or just whilst I am waiting for someone in the leisure park. Sometimes limited in stock, but always pleasant and courteous.

5p extra for a takeaway cup, but they don't do normal mugs and they don't price that up on the menu board and you don't find out until they tell you! It's only 5p but...... so I took extra napkins, straws and sugar, I know it might be petty but I felt a little robbed. Plus swearing heard from the staff room, glad I didn't have my 7yo with me. Won't be coming here again.

Not a good day today. Five people sat outside. The one person other than myself sat inside was a member of staff who appeared to be doing the books. Two notices on view. One saying the fridge wasn't working and the other saying they had not oat milk. They don't take Starbuck's scheme because they are franchised. Of the two people behind the counter one spoke to tell me this. The other one even forgot to smile when I thanked her for the coffee.

I am not a big fan of Starbucks. However, this branch was a nice one in Stevenage. It is relatively popular in a popular and densely inhibited area, close to London. It has good seating outlook, but it is a bit small. This branch is located in a strategic location near London.

Ordered a coconut cappacino and it tasted like burnt dirty water, was really horrible and this is the third time our drinks have come out tasting really dissipointing from this particular starbucks

This one doesn't serve fruit ☹. Coffee good though and closest one for miles so shouldn't grumble.

okish they do a nice vegan cream alternative on your coffee if preferred or intolerant or allergic to milk.

Staff here are lovely, very helpful and friendly. I work close by and most of my colleagues visit here on a daily basis, some of us go in and are now known by name. I never have any issues here and staff are happy to help with discounting my order through my cinema card app. Every order I get from here is amazing. I had some food from here the other day, for the first time. Had a foccachia bread sandwich with chicken, pesto, sundried tomatoes and spinach, heated up and honestly, it was delicious. There is always a chilled yet fun atmosphere whenever you visit and staff are always cheerful. Highly recommend this starbucks 👌🏻

Their oat milk is too sweet. Apparently this is because its an American company and they like their coffee sweet?!
