We just did a walk in but we were accommodated immediately, staff at the door was very friendly. Big place with lots of seats, place was very cozy and they have a sauce bar where you can choose which ones suits your taste. They have kid's menu as well. I was really impressed with how fast the food was served, it was just a few minutes and there it was. Burger was okayish but steak, chicken bites and chips were really good, loved it. They have drink options as well.

Amazing food as always from Firebacks but a bit crowded and busy for an afternoon meal. Starters were delicious but mains slightly underwhelming. On the more expensive side for a meal out at a chain restaurant, but mainly Firejacks ticks all the boxes for a grown up or date meal out. Be warned the full rack of ribs is a huge portion and car parking outside is always very busy!

So if you want a really good dining experience then I cannot recommend Firejacks enough. The staff are amazing, very attentive and not overbearing with a great atmosphere. The menu is very good. Such good choice and great value for money. The lunch menu is stupidly good value with great options. Decent selection of cocktails on their menu and while waiting for the table being sat at the bar was great with the staff being super friendly and helpful. I should have taken more pictures but I may have had a cocktail too many. But the burger I had was incredible, well seasoned and huge! I don’t even like fries but I ate them all. Maybe because I was slightly intoxicated! I will always go back to Firejacks because let’s face it, it’s way better than TGI Fridays across the road. Next time, I’ll take more pictures 🙂

Food, atmosphere and staff all spot on. I had the Korean chicken for starter and fat jacker burger for main. Both were incredible! The wife had beef skewers which again cooked very well and a filling plate of food food. My folks also had ribs and wings both were great too!

Overall, we had a pleasant late-lunch at this restaurant. We were greeted by a super-friendly staff (a girl with blond hair, Dorina? sorry if I misspelled her name) with a big smile, which really warmed us up from the freezing cold British winter weather. Only after around 10 mins, our food and drink arrived with elegant presentations. We were both surprised by the large portion of our main dishes. The steak was excellently cooked by Sam (we asked his name from the manager). For sure, we will come back again.

Very good service. Greeted by the chef - American dude - so friendly and refreshing to have such a nice greeting. All staff were helpful and didn’t sit around chatting (like you see in a lot of places). Food was so lovely, empty plates all round. Would recommend and return!

Absolutely loved the food and service. Amazing burgers and rotisserie chicken was top notch. Good arrived on time. Would love to go back and try steak and other dishes.

Pleasantly surprised by my meal here. I’ve stopped in previously for wine and maybe a snack but never had dinner. My salad was tasty and the portion size was generous. Tons of chicken provided with it. I ordered a side of fries but probably didn’t need it. My partner ordered the burger and that’s why this isn’t a four star review. It was the bummer part of the meal. Outwardly very appealing but overdone so not the best burger ever. Otherwise it would have been pretty tasty. But generally for the price I can’t complain and I’d probably go again before a night out or when meeting up with a group of friends.

Really enjoyed my meal and my wife loved hers too. All really well cooked. Staff were really nice but gave you enough space to enjoy your meal. Got a bit jealous of other people meals because everything looked so good. Will definitely go back again

I really enjoyed my food but the other 2 people I came with said that their food was cold. The manager was quick to give us 20% off for that reason. Service was excellent so was everything else.

A friend and I went to the restaurant be Believing we would get a good quality meal. Oh, how we was wrong. We ordered the 6 ounce steak, but was informed that it doesn’t actually come With chips and this had to be ordered separately. When the streak come it was tiny and on its own no other salads come with it and the chips were your ordinary skinless fries. In All, we have the steak chips and a soft drink and this come to £19.00 normally I wouldn’t have a problem with this, but the lack of food did not warrant the price. Service was okay and atmosphere seemed dead. Wouldn’t recommend no, will I be returning there.
