    Always check your order, seems like everytime I go here something’s missing. Ate in the other day and sent back two fillet burgers due to being over cooked they had to cook a fresh one as they said “ow they all look like that” but said they wouldn’t eat it. Chewy and old oil taste. Seem like kfc need to spend more time and money on training their staff.

    Undoubtedly the worst 'fast food' experience my family and I have ever had, and I am not exaggerating. Interaction when placing my order was painful, the staff simply do not enjoy what they do. My order took far too long, and it wasn't busy at all by fast food standards. Other customers where hanging around complaining that their food was taking too long, up to 15 minutes and there seemed to be complete confusion both at the ordering counter and behind, with lots of shouting between the staff. Our food arrived after 15 minutes, the order was wrong, with both things we hadn't ordered and 3 items missing. When I politely raised this with the staff member, he challenged me, rudely about what I had ordered (I didn't get my order wrong btw), and then just acted dismissive and rude. He threw some fries that were missing across the counter, then plonked the drink that was missing next to it, with no apology. Then, after finally realising his mistake with the missing sandwich, stared me out and asked what was wrong with me?! His colleagues tired to bail him out and assisted, but he acted aggressive and challenging. My expectations with fast food outlets are low, as are the stakes, I am a realist, however I do not expect a major international brand such as KFC to allow this kind of behaviour in one of their franchisees. Things just need to be better if they are to survive in this challenging and competitive market. I am the customer and I get to choose where I spend my disposable income and it will not be in such a disposable outlet as KFC in Stevenage...

    Must be a KFC policy to employ halfwits who don't know what they're doing. Chicken was dry , chips were cold , beans lukewarm at best , flat/warm coke , staff didn't like customers complaining ..... clue to all this ..... car park was empty , won't be returning

    This place is dead, with no life left in it. They take your money to serve cold, dry food with an attitude, and when you complain about waiting times or missing items, they just smirk out the window while checking out their phones Close it down and make extra parking spaces for the range shop 👍

    Again went with my daughter to the drive through, and low and behold they misses part of the order again. Luckily she knows how bad the staff are here and checked the order before leaving the window. Reminder to everyone check your order before leaving as it will be wrong 9 times out of 10.

    Food was completely cold. When we went up to inform the staff they told us the food wasn’t cold. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive to us this was made even worse by the fact that we were the only customers in the building and there were no drive thru customers we will not be going back

    So on Thursday I decided to change it up and go for a KFC. I was parked up for only a couple of minutes. The food that was brought out to me ... a zinger tower meal was absolutely 💯 delicious 😋. The bun was toasted to perfection the burger to sauce ratio just right and the chips were the best 👌. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and every second of that meal. 10/10 to the service, staff and food. Many thanks 😊 you made my day x

    Ordered 6 wings and 2 fillet burgers. Both times gave food with just one meal in it. The manager said he would sort it as he was the one who took the order. Then it came out again with just one meal in there. We asked for a refund and apparently they don't do refunds and wouldn't take a second order for the second meal. He was very rude.

    It is a KFC. Not sure what else you want to know? Clean, rapid service to the table, food as you would expect - not Michelin starred but that is not what you are there for. Fast, good value, nice place, easy to get to.

    Visited here on a Stevenage Boro match day so was fairly busy... The food was nice and hot, service was lacking a bit slow but given it was very busy due to football being on I can totally understand. The staff seemed helpful enough and nice. Overall I would definitely return I've also ordered online for delivery and food was nice and hot when It arrived via just eat. .

    Relitivley clean resturant, small drive through and good parking. Never had a fully correct order food is in sealed bags so you can't check when busy.

    Ordered through the drive through, only a few items. checked before leaving and they were all wrong, went back in to complain and the girl on drive through said i ordered everything plain when i didnt and all the staff laughed at me saying i shouldn't of ordered plain....

    Wonderful customer service. KFC is not the usual place for us so we were confused about which deal to take. The person gave us enough time to understand our requirements and gave us the best solution! Thanks a lot!

    Hit and miss in here. Sadly a miss on our recent visit. Order incomplete. Didn't realise until we were home as it looked fine on quick check in the store. Little did I know, that item missing from one of the meal boxes... Disappointed to say the least.

    The food is amazing as always, the service is top notch, but the location is less desirable, with a strange empty atmosphere on days without any football on, then EXTREMELY overcrowded on days with football. Its also very far away from any bus stops, VERY far from the town centre, but very close to the football stadium.

    Not great service, the staff was far more interested in serving their drive through and takeaway service than looking after the customers in front of them; the food was warm ish and they missed couple of things from our order. Overall quite poor service and quality!

    I ordered 2 meals. 1 chicken burger meal & a 3 piece chicken meal. I'd waited a few minutes when I was told the chicken wasn't cooked & would take 17 minutes. I said I'd wait as I really fancied KFC. The lady was nice & offered me a drink (which I declined). Once the chicken was cooked & I got my order I realised that my chicken burger had sat on the warming plate for the whole time. I assumed this must be usual practice. Once I started eating it however I realised I had warm lettuce & mayo with a totally dried out burger! Surly if there is a 17 minute wait for one part of the order, you don't prepare the rest of the order until its nearly all ready. Very disappointing.
