Undoubtedly
the
worst
'fast
food'
experience
my
family
and
I
have
ever
had,
and
I
am
not
exaggerating.
Interaction
when
placing
my
order
was
painful,
the
staff
simply
do
not
enjoy
what
they
do.
My
order
took
far
too
long,
and
it
wasn't
busy
at
all
by
fast
food
standards.
Other
customers
where
hanging
around
complaining
that
their
food
was
taking
too
long,
up
to
15
minutes
and
there
seemed
to
be
complete
confusion
both
at
the
ordering
counter
and
behind,
with
lots
of
shouting
between
the
staff.
Our
food
arrived
after
15
minutes,
the
order
was
wrong,
with
both
things
we
hadn't
ordered
and
3
items
missing.
When
I
politely
raised
this
with
the
staff
member,
he
challenged
me,
rudely
about
what
I
had
ordered
(I
didn't
get
my
order
wrong
btw),
and
then
just
acted
dismissive
and
rude.
He
threw
some
fries
that
were
missing
across
the
counter,
then
plonked
the
drink
that
was
missing
next
to
it,
with
no
apology.
Then,
after
finally
realising
his
mistake
with
the
missing
sandwich,
stared
me
out
and
asked
what
was
wrong
with
me?!
His
colleagues
tired
to
bail
him
out
and
assisted,
but
he
acted
aggressive
and
challenging.
My
expectations
with
fast
food
outlets
are
low,
as
are
the
stakes,
I
am
a
realist,
however
I
do
not
expect
a
major
international
brand
such
as
KFC
to
allow
this
kind
of
behaviour
in
one
of
their
franchisees.
Things
just
need
to
be
better
if
they
are
to
survive
in
this
challenging
and
competitive
market.
I
am
the
customer
and
I
get
to
choose
where
I
spend
my
disposable
income
and
it
will
not
be
in
such
a
disposable
outlet
as
KFC
in
Stevenage...
