Huge Asda and also a petrol station in front. Great options to select from so many products and food items. There is also a decathlon inside which is great. You can also shope clothes and school uniform here. Bakery and fresh cooked food is also available. But this is a nightmare for quick shoppers as it's so huge you cannot find the items you need in short span of time. Also the queue for billing is annoying. Apart from this everything seems fine.

Never had any issues with this Asda store. The air-con inside provides a great clean, cool atmosphere. Most items seem stocked carefully on the shelves and are where they need to be. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store has enough self checkouts.

24 hours always really well stocked and clean. Staff are normally very helpful. Has a pizza counter, petrol station and a decathlon built inside. Loads of parking.

Was working here for few weeks and left the job today 15/10/2022 bad attitude from managers you got to report to managers when u go on your break and you also got to report to them when you need the toilet too. I was a picker and only worked there few weeks to be moaned at to work faster a d do more picks when there's pallets in the way down isles and u can't just ignore customers if they speak to you and a man with a disability was discriminated to and told to work faster is absolutely a disgrace how the managers treat there staff. If u get a job as a picker here do t waste ya time trust me worse company I've worked for ever and never again

Supermarket itself ok but definitely have cut back on lines and choice of products with regular gaps on the shelves and a lot of old favourites no longer available. It's getting quite annoying now. The ASDA App is useless as it just keeps asking for your password that you can no longer remember because you followed common sense and put in a Google suggested hard to remember one which by default, ARE HARD TO REMEMBER!!! It doesn't seem to accept any saved passwords so absolutely pointless at the till, even if the checkout assistant remembers to prompt you before they start to process your purchases. MY REAL GRIPE is with the online ordering system. We used to order from ASDA on a regular basis without any problems, especially for the heavy stuff as we don't drive. A while back the government brought in some new security measures for online payments forcing the banks and retailers to do better checks on transactions, all well and good. We have not had any problems with other online retailers except for some British supermarkets, ASDA in particular. We compile an order , pick a delivery slot and pay by debit card, order goes through, all fine and dandy. Then, a while later the order is rejected because ASDA cannot collect payment???. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. We have talked to our bank and the card provider and both say it is not a problem at our or their end and that at best guess it is because ASDA have not updated their methods for collecting payments EVEN NOW, MONTHS LATER. I have contacted ASDA's ""customer service " (a misnomer if ever I heard one), on several occasions only to be constantly asked to repeat myself by people with Filipino or South African accents who are barely understandable themselves who then pass me on to their supervisors who then proceed to ask the same questions all over again, put me on hold for five minutes while they "contact their manager" then disconnect the calls because they have no idea how to solve the problem. No joy from this bunch of clowns at all. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am just trying to find out why something that used to work for us without any problems now no longer works. SORT IT OUT ASDA! Update... As you can see by the reply from ASDA they said that they would look into the matter. Absolutely no help at all. Problem still not solved. Gave us a £10 online voucher though... To be used while ordering online... On orders that won't go through because of a problem at their end... ??? HA HA HA! Hilarious! Nice one ASDA! ****wits!

Store with an extensive range of products. You can get so many things here, including clothing, shoes, accessories, electrical items, home decor, general shopping and more, with most reasonably priced. There is a Decathlon store attached and Asda have a dedicated pharmacy and opticians section. There are also counters such as the bakery, meat, fish and pizza. You are also able to pick up currency from the travel money section. At the entrance there is an express diner area, should you wish to stop for something to eat. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

As an ex cleaner with several years of experience I visited your male toilets and found them to be below standard. I realize that there are a lot of people with no morals whatsoever and don't care about keeping them clean. But the ledge above the urinals where the tiles meet the wall was thick with dust. Looks like it has not been cleaned in months.Never spent too much time in there but I expect I could find more.

The store itsself is decent, its quite a big store and has all you could need. However the cafe inside asda was appalling there wasent any cheese burgers because the machine was broken to make them, then to order a pizza slice and the disgusting server to put her hands all over my slice of pizza was un acceptable to say the least. Then to wait 15mins for chips to come out (after we've eaten the pizza slice) there was only about 15 chips in the box that were rock hard and over cooked. A massive disappointment for the near £6 we spend on each meal.

X4 Self checkouts that only allow cash where one side states they accept both?! Not only is this misrepresentation, but also discriminatory. Liable for prosecution. Forcing people to use card replacing/retiring most staff is discrimination. Not everyone wants, can use card. Cash is king. Cashless societies are dangerous and don't hold value. You've been warned. Fkin useless bunch a knts!

Just want to mention a particular member of staff, Oliver! He has served me a few times on the tobacco kiosk. Thank you! For being a helpful, happy and cheerful person, and for making me smile. I hope that Asda realise the difference you make to their customers. Please don't let anyone take your happy!

Asda is my go-to supermarket for all my grocery needs. Their prices are consistently low, and they have a great selection of products. I especially appreciate their own-brand range, which is often just as good (if not better!) than the name-brand options. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the stores are kept clean and organized.

Absolutely shocking store. Staff are rude and refuse to help. When asked if they knew where a certain item was was told " I don't work on that department". Found item by myself eventually. Went to customer services and the 2 members of staff were too busy having a chat, barely acknowledged me. Would only use this store again if desperate

Not a good Asda, produce isle is empty a lot of the time in the afternoon from about 1pm. Lots of empty shelves, fresh food near use by date. I wouldn’t recommend this store, big car park & store but not run well.

Uncooked chicken made my husband ill and they don't even care or take responsibility. Avoid. In response to your comment, Tasha, we have already been instore, ignored and this has gone to your solicitors. They have seen photos and deny it is their responsibility. We have never had a refund of the item (receipt was brought instore) and I have tried to contact you at the store and cannot get through or get cut off - my husband was ill for 2 days and we have the proof that has been ignored!!

Get in early if you want to get a good range of items. Evenings most shelves are empty. Place is starting to look worn or tatty. At busy times there is a lack of trollies and basket's. Also hit and miss when the free electric mobility scooters available and working. Slowly rolling out electric charge for car, limited spaces.

Overcharging is rife at this store. This week alone I have been overcharged 5 times. The price I was charged was £11.69, the shelf prices were £5.75. I noticed the overcharging as I was going through the self service tills and I either gave the goods back or after checking I was charged the shelf price. I think ASDA make enough profit without overcharging their customers. Its just daylight robbery. Its time the Manager got this problem sorted out.

So I go into the store to get some lunch at the cooked section. I order some Chinese chicken drumsticks. I get home and sink my teeth into it only to taste a firm chewy chicken. When I look the chicken is raw. YES RAW!!! Blood oozing. So I ring up the so called customer service. Not interest in the slightest. I had a few days of being unwell. No one gives a dam. I’m just glad my pregnant wife did not eat the chicken. The most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune to deal with. All they were interested in was discussing with the store and making sure it gets looked into. Not concerned about me full stop. Such a bad experience. Legal advice next step.

The experience I had in the store yesterday was a very bad one. It's not normal at the self checkout area an employee to scan my bags to make sure I pay for them. I asked him to take my bananas off the list that were weighed wrong and she didn't know what to do. When I was about to pay, another employee came and took the basket out of my wife's hand saying with a bad attitude "you are not allowed to take it outside", really? I know where to leave the basket, i don't need for anyone to come and take it out of our hands, like this. Some of the employees need to learn how to behave with customers. Yesterday was the first time I came to this store, but I'm sorry to say that, I won't come next time.

My son applied for a cleaning position at the store months ago finally got a call yesterday but was unable to make the only time offered for an interview due to sixth form commitments, they said they would speak to their manager and call him back. They called him today and again offered one time for an interview tomorrow and when he said he couldn’t make that as he has lessons tomorrow she hung up. Not exactly the flexible working that was advertised

Didn't want to give a star to be honest went in there today trying to shop for my kids brought some of the Asda brand only for the staff at checkout to take the food away and said we weren't allowed the items. When asked for a manger no one was bothered to come and see me. Only the security was helpful to give me head office number. Don't think I be shopping in there again

Sapphire on the scanning desk misplaced my shopping items scanning them more than twice to trigger a service check. She then said how she was going to reset this as it was her own mistake then didn’t do this doing it to more items which I called her upon. I didn’t complain at first as it looked like she was new but the service I was experiencing was beginning to become ridiculous when she started sniggering and being rude. she then began coughing all on my shopping aswell as not sanitizing when touching my whole shop to which I then Asked to speak to management as of her unprofessional and unhygienic behavior towards customers and the manager directly witnessed this too. She clearly weren’t abiding with the lessened COVID 19 restrictions in place for in store customers. Asda need to do thorough checks on their employees and employ people with the correct attitudes to working. You cannot act like this Face to face in-front of customers if you are a customer assistant.

Just received the online shopping order at 8pm. Over half the fresh produce goes out of date the next day. Sent it all back... what a waste of time. Will not order from here again or recommend. Plus the driver was miserable!
