Absolutely fabulous place, always take my pup there! Staff very friendly and enjoy giving my boxer high hugs and kisses! He always gets so excited to go there and they love seeing him grow! Highly recommended.

Today used the groom room for the first time. The girls were very helpful and reassuring to my senior dog who is quite nervous and arthritic. They handled her well and took the time to listen to the information I was giving them with regard to my dog and her personality. Thank you ladies a very kind and professional service my dog smells amazing and is happy so I am too. I even got held up in a neighbouring shop due to queues and my own poor mobility and was not made to feel bad in anyway. Thank you and we will be back x

Always a good place for pets needs. Staff always very helpful and available. I get all my dogs food and other requirements from there as you can park right outside, the store is spacious and well laid out.

I’m done with this store. I’ve spent a lot of money but now fallen foul of their 3 for 2 offer. If you buy 3 products the same brand on the same display, but a cheap bone from another brand, they take the cheap one off the bill (not the identical products). May only have cost me a couple of quid, but it will cost them a lot more. I was spending hundreds of pounds a year there. Ended up being out of pocket, so will take my business elsewhere in future.

The staff were unbelievably helpful. The choice of food, toys and accessories was also fantastic. It was also a fun place for my dog to make friends.

Got everything i needed . The guy who served me was polite and friendly . He asked if i was a member of the reward scheme which i am and he gave me a voucher for next month . Its a shame the outside of the shop is filthy . The bins were over flowing with rubbish which was almost all McDonald's as they are opposite.

As with most branches of the stores of this company, it's format is tired and the range of goods is more limited than other pets superstores. The range of pets on offer is limited, the aquatic section is quite frankly laughable and the types of fish on offer limited (quality questionable), the pricing a joke in general. The store is mostly focused on dogs and cats.

First experience today, found product that has been a problem to find elsewhere. Nicely laid out products. Found item required immediately, extremely happy. Staff member very attentive and informative. Offered discount incentive. Would prefer this shop than a larger competitor. Definitely worth a visit on a regular basis. We'll done.

Great place for all budgets and have everything for all your pet needs

A few weeks ago we got a puppy and starting from ground zero, we pretty much needed everything. Google Maps took us there and not having been there before, I've got to say I do like Jollyes. The pricing is competitive and the store we visited had a good selection. What would be great is to see more discounting across major product lines, otherwise it feels like everything is full price and I'm less inclined to buy things. More choice within product lines would be good as well such as dog coats which I found difficult to get in the right size, so didn't. The magic at Jollyes though is its fantastic staff. They really know their stuff being pet owners themselves and are able to fact-based recommendation s without pushing you into a sale as the approach is very relaxed. We'll no doubt be visiting again soon.
