This is quite huge outlet. Also there is most of time waiting for 5-10 minutes. Staff is very nice & for eating food in restaurant there is table service available. Upper floor currently is closed for eating.

Just another McDonald’s. Nothing impressive nor too bad. A lot of kids playing tablets are missing. The staff forgot to put a toy in the happy meal. I had to go back ask for it. But the staff gave a toy to me no questions asked. They forgot to put a special dipping sauce that should come with chicken nuggets, like many other McDonald’s these days.

Unfortunately I'd to give this kip one gold star 🌟, it deserves zilch, as I've just asked for two double cheeseburger meals, and was told we don't do them as a meal anymore,, funny, bet they still do big mac meals, so I've always prefare burger king, as there food is always hot, and they do all they can to facilitate customers, I'll not be nor any of my friends ever eat here again,

I had to wait half an hour until I went to the girl at desk and said "where is my food?" She said "what number", I said "69"😉, she was like "ok let me get it for you". It was flipping cold. 1 🌟

Amazing how the food is so consistent and tasty unlike the KFC which is hit and miss, also don't the new ordering system brink back the old way of going up to the counter and getting your order in a minute or two not having to wait around👍

Today, my friend and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at McDonald's. To start off, the hamburger bun was stale – a shame I didn't take a picture as evidence. The restrooms were dirty and the faucets had no water. The staff's attitude was terrible. I asked for two packets of ketchup, but the employee only wanted to give me one, even though there were two of us eating. I had to request to speak to the manager just to get a second packet. Honestly, I would advise against visiting this branch; it's seriously subpar

McDonald's is not the cheapest food, a meal costs at least 10 euros or dollars, yet they serve you in worst way possible. Look at the picture posted. The sloppy burger looks as if made for a dog. Bun , burger, toppings all over. If McDonald's is charging for food, why can't it make and serve with a little care. Yesterday I paid 2.90 euro for a bottle of water, for the same size, brand of water I paid 1 euro at regular spar store.

Ordered the cheese dippers with the new tomato dip and was given 4 instead of 5 and a plain old ketchup, this was on Monday 27th November at 9:30 from a tall young man wearing a Santa hat, very unenthusiastic and obviously not happy to be there. Should probably get a talking to from his manager about how to keep the customers around… 0/5

The worst place in the world. This Mcdonald is the most chaotic place I have ever been. Dirty, the machine for self-service is not working. Passive staff. A nightmare only for order a burger and 2 happy meal.......

Our coffee was cold. They rectified quickly as MacDonald normally does but multicorporartion business does not care. Eddy Rockets nearby is better. Locally own and focus on service

I ordered from Deliveroo today. First of all, I recieved my order 20 minutes late and on top of that, my fries were missing. Terrible service and no value for money. The contact mentioned on Google doesn't go through as well.

Shocking customer service, how this place is still running with that woman shouting at every customer and staff member is beyond me. I’m a regular with my kids and I can’t believe the carry on out of her. Her badge name tag states her name is Michele well she shouldn’t be allowed work with people the way she spoke to myself and others while waiting for our orders was absolutely shocking. She should be ashamed. No surprise they have new staff every week they can’t keep them for I am sure this exact reason. Very bad experience, only plus I can say is that their is a lovely older gentleman on the floor cleaning tables and helping all the customers out whatever way he can which is lovely to see and also is possibly the only good thing about this McDonald’s.

Was quite busy about 7 o clock in evening, however staff were really friendly and service was fast.

Order 99 for your records for today. Very poorly done order. Half filled medium and large fries packets. Big Mac made without any meat. Will be telling everyone and giving this place a miss for a long while.

Stillorgan McD jam packed as any one of them are. After 2 hours of playing in park, kids were famished. Ordered food and waiting for it to arrive. As ours was for 4 people, kinda big compared to few others, wait was longer. The young lad who was on counter calling orders when they were ready and passing them on was a superb example of customer service. The guy before mine, apparently ordered at the till and someone got it wrong. And he was being rude and difficult. The lad on the counter dealt with him with absolute professionalism, courtesy and care. He was creative to put off the situation from getting worse. When all sorted, polite says to the rude customer, there is no need to ne so rude about it, we also can make mistakes sometimes, that's all it is!! We need more people like this in the world. Brave young man 👏🏽

Amazing service, great staff and delicious food. Went there almost every day for the past 2 and a half years through the pandemic and it kept me fed and extremely happy and satisfied.

I am very happy to write this Review and will strongly recommend this place. We did our child's Birthday party with his friends here. I am overwhelmed with smooth party. Staff are very friendly, there was timely response for my mails while booking the slot, order taken and served smooth, children enjoyed the food. Special thanks to Mr.Conor for all his co-operation and support. Thanks again.

Ordered a burger that was not fit for human consumption. When I asked for a refund I was met with a manger that refunded the wrong amount…… slammed the balance in cash on the counter and told me to change my attitude. Will be escalating to manager.

Does what it says on the box. Needless to say kids love the place. I still love their Fries. They don't serve nuggets early in the morning, kid was gutted but still ate the pancakes. had my first McPlant, the jury is out so I'll be hitting the meat again next time

Same old same. Self service, rubbish, unhealthy food but it fills a need. Two burgers €2.

2 of the screens were broken and a third machine wasn't printing receipts which made collecting the order difficult. It was just after 5pm on a sunny day so maybe it was just a bad day. Food was OK, seemed freshly cooked

Had a shocker .Went there with my two grandkids and our order was wrong 3 times and decided that was it , never coming here again .This was until I spoke to the manageress who dealt with my problem in a really great customer care attitude. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the food I didn't get but she insisted on giving me a credit note for a later date and reimbursed me with the total cost of our meal , thank you .

Spicy nuggets were good. Drink barely had ice. Got the big tasty- well because given the name!! Dry bun. Barely any cheese and the burger was honestly like leather. Spicy nuggets and that very spicey sauce was pretty good though.. kept this away from a minus 3
