We came her for lunch yesterday. We used the self order kiosk. The user interface was quite easy to use! Our food was served hot and fresh. The manager was kind enough to inform us our meal was ready since we didn't get a text notification. I got the macaroni grilled cheese sandwich with French onion soup (extra cheese). Though the soup lacked broth flavor they used gruyere cheese which is always the best cheese for French onion soup and many places don't use it. So props to panera. The sandwich was cheesy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The side of French bread was a little stale and tough but it was perfect for dipping in my soup. My wife got an iced caramel machiato drink, which tasted "a little milky" perhaps because of the shear volume of whip cream which melted over time. She got the pepperoni flatbread and really liked it. When I tried a slice, I thought it was lacking in sauce, but I guess "flatbread" pizza isn't supposed to have too much sauce. The fruit cup we got had fresh and juicy chunks of pineapple, melon, and honeydew melon . We ended with a cookie which was large and quite delicious. It was firm, dense, but chewy with lots of chocolate. Our meal cost $33 which is fair since panera is a step up from fast food. Will be back!

I Tried the new Spicy chicken sandwich, it was terrible, the bun tasted like it was day-old, not heated or toasted, the chicken was not freshly made, kind of like a dry hockey puck, not much sauce or any other condiments, it made me think of vending machine sandwiches. I guess I should’ve known better, since I don’t think they have a grill. So, I think they should stick to fresh sandwiches, there’s no point trying to keep up with the other fast food places if you can’t even be as good. Their tortilla and corn soup aren’t that great either, it shouldn’t be that hard to have great tasting soups. I do love their bacon turkey bravo, fresh tomato bread with a great Chewy crust, 41/2 stars!

Ordering your favorite sandwich with a side of soup couldn’t be easier than going up to one of their kiosks and placing your custom build order. You specify Down to the salt and pepper what you want. The soups vary so pick your favorite. Beware, these soups are not necessarily the healthiest for you. Nor is the bread roll that’s optional with your meal. The prices for a sandwich and soup can be almost $20, so come prepared. The food is good but if you’re on a budget, you may to skip this place for now. Make your sandwiches the old fashioned way. Like mom use to make! Thanks Mom!

Slow service, but a good option for a road trip. We went through the drive through, we ordered 2 desserts and one black coffee. The service was very slow, we were waiting at the takeout window for 5 minutes. The food was ok and the service was slow. I would only recommend Panera if you walk in.

The latest addition to Tulalip / Quil Ceda shopping area. For your gastronomic delight, quick dine-in, coffee break, or take-out. Order ahead online. Pick-up in store. The waiting area for orders is comfy cozy.

Our order wasn't fulfilled they were out of things. We asked for items on the side, and they were put on the item. And my sandwich was nothing more than Bread and seasoned meat all the other ingredients were missing. I have been there a few times over the past 5 years and have never been satisfied with their products.

Food was an as expected 4 stars. Scrambled egg on toasted bagel was yummy but chai tea latte requested extra hot was barely hot tub temperature. The atmosphere is lovely here, but the wait for our order was about 20 minutes. You had to watch for your order because they literally said the name only once while their face was buried in an order board posted on their kitchen wall so only staff could hear. Zero times was an order called out towards the dining area. They were exceptionally understaffed. In today’s high employment environment I can only guess that employees are hard to keep there due to low pay or mismanagement.

I had some dinner here on Monday, December. 18 2023. I had the best customer service experience with Sadie ( I think that was her name) She was very kind. What I noticed more than her kindness was her dedication to cleanliness. Great work

Although the food was delicious they seemed to be short staff and they had a mess with the orders, the kiosk wasn’t that clear if the order was placed or not, all place was messy and we (customer) tried to help but still not enough. Employees were stressed and really under pressure for the work load, they were great it’s not their fault.

My 8 month pregnant sister was taken to get Panera and they just threw the bread into the bag and forgot her smoothie and chips. After she noticed we went back and said they forgot her things and they refused- she even showed them the receipt! Finally after sometime they have her the smoothie but it was less than half way filled and it was super watered down. Very rude customer service especially since she showed them receipt proof of her order. I understand people forget and can get busy but you don’t have to be rude plus it’s literally just a bag of chips and a smoothie both don’t take long to get. Do better.

Nice place for a quick healthy lunch during shopping. I ordered teriyaki chicken bowl which was delicious 😋 the lunch combination (a small soup with a small sandwich) looked good as well. The seating is a bit limited especially when you come during a busy weekend.

Worst customer service we've had in a long time. It was as if we were putting them out by just beeing there. We went through drive through. They got the order wrong, and made us feel like it was our fault. Laughed over the intercom when we had a question about the menu. Then didn't even apologize when we had to go back again to the drive through to get 2 out 4 missing items, and wait 10 minutes behind other cars. We asked for a receipt because it's tax write off, and the kid rolled his eyes acted annoyed and shut the window. We weren't rude or anything, just in shock of how we were treated.

They don’t have most of the stuff on the menu. It took half an hour to prepare a half sandwiches and soup. The food were cold. I ordered an Asian Citrus Salad with Chicken, they ran out of dark meat and didn’t substitute with other kind of chicken. So I paid for chick salad with no chicken at all. The French onion soup was cold gross, I have one sip and I gave up. Never going back at this location again.

This specific location sucks. We stayed at the window for 5 minutes without any one there. The food was poor quality and just thrown together. I've had much better in Everett and edmonds

Worst meal and service I've ever experienced. They don't deserve any stars, not even a participation badge. Our food sat for ten minutes, we finally asked if that was ours. By then it was cold. They even screwed up one drink. The Cutlery was filthy. Absolutely disgusting

I like Panera Breads food. But lately they have been out of food, sauces etc. The orders come out at a good temperature typically, this location tends to get orders wrong so double check your order prior to driving off. Prices are pretty steep for a drive through / cafe when you could get better food at a sit down restaurant for the same or cheaper. I've have better luck at other locations with the experience though. Per my experience through the pandemic,. Running out of things is a lack of management experience not supply. But everyone thinks they can blame that. In my work I know the supply is messed up and I know this item takes about 18+ weeks now and inform my customers with time to order if they need it. It's been two years learn to adapt to the changing world of business.

Food was barely warm. Placed my order with the app at 1032, said it would be ready at 1042. I park at 1038....1042 comes and goes... another 15 minutes pass and my order finally arrived. Quite disappointed. Bagels were cool and chewy... not in a good way. Good thing I had gift card and wasn't using my own money on this order.

We love 💘 Penara's tomatoe soup and their baguettes. Great 👍 service. Well worth taking yourself or family too. Pastor Mike

I'm not usually in Marysville but I do usually have the exact same order. I've been ordering an asiago bagel with a side of chipotle mayo since I used to work at a Panera in 2005. I've FINALLY in 2022 had a good experience where they didn't act dumbfounded how to type it in or just straight up forget to give me a spread or go ask their manager what chipotle mayo is lol. Aiaiai Thank you so much Sarah! Even other store managers can't figure out what you did today. Good job! I'll be driving all the way to Marysville until you train all the other branch employees :D Sarah is the best she even asked me how many sides I needed for two bagels.
