Very greasy food. Service was very bad. The lady and the cashier don't have a welcoming service. It's more like get the food and get out. Will never eat here. Very poor and not fresh food. Couldnt eat it even, not tasty and so poor quality. AVOID THIS PLACE. Food was also very bad that we just threw it and bought something else.

BEWARE OF THE BILL/RECEIPT We visited this place recently and infact had food here many times but figured out that they are scamming with the bill by bluffing us with their broken English. Staff and manager are rude and lot of attitude when we asked for any questions. I had ordered a 14.35$ combo which gives a fountain soda as per the combo but he deliberately asked me for a bottle coke which I agreed thinking it’s an upgrade for some extra bucks but NO and later figured out that he charged 3$ extra and didn’t tell me until I asked for the receipt. As he charged 3$ for a separate bottle, I asked him about my fountain soda which is free for combo then he replied no in broken English which is not at all acceptable. I hope people check their receipts or ask for before leaving to understand their scam. Keep someone who can speak or understand English better. To add more, the veggie pizza slice was a total disaster and stale which I felt like definitely a day older.

The food is okay could use a bit more flavor. Overall good for a quick bite. I forgot to ask what the name of the man was but he was in the line serving. He was American American. Had amazing customer service. The man at the cashier was super nice to the man in front of me calling him “amigo” “your the boss”. When I came to pay he was so rude. I asked if I could get a lid because my order was Togo. He said “I asked what drink do want” He was an older Hispanic man. He was super rude for no reason won’t be coming back any time soon.

I couldn't finish my main dish, which was a little pricey. Reheated and cold parts inside with some undercooked dough on the stromboli. Side salad was at least quality lettuce and fresh tomato.

Very rude. My boyfriend got food from there and he needed it to go because he was on lunch from work and the guy put it on a tray and my boyfriend told him it was to go and he sat there and argued with my boyfriend and then proceeded to talk about my boyfriend in his own language. Disrespectful and surprised that they are even in business still.

Everything from this place was below average of what I expected. Pizza had a very thin layer of cheese but a very fat portion of breading. Pasta, Mac n cheese and the Alfredo pasta completely bland. The only decent thing were the chicken wings but of course how can you mess up wings?

Check your receipts, I got charged 6.95 for a cheese pizza when 5.55 was advertised on the board. I would avoid at all cost.

Horrible food, horrible service, expensive and the portion is so pathetic. Price? Not worth your time. Eat anything else at the food court but this. I felt so cheated buying food here. This meal cost me USD $16.23

Was my favorite place until about 5 minutes ago. Double shift at work ordered food. They subbed the food for meat which I’m a vegetarian and then charged me 10.50 extra on doordash for the meatballs instead of 2 garlic rolls? Then I cancelled it and now they’re temporarily closed on doordash. December 16th at today 6:44pm. Haven’t eaten today and been up since 2:30am thank youuu. Edit: Btw who is running the place lately because there are a lot of new bad reviews 👎

Dandy (the owner of this business) needs some basic customer service training. I canceled my order I was about to finalize and pay for due to his rude response and attitude when I asked a basic question about the products they offered. Please do not support businesses like this. Customer service should never be compromised regardless of the type of business you are patronizing.

I recently went to Villa Italian Kitchen, lured by the promise of a delightful Italian meal. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but delightful. The main disappointment stemmed from their pizza, which was a culinary letdown. The taste was remarkably poor, overshadowed by an overwhelming saltiness that dominated every bite. This wasn't just a slight misstep in seasoning; it was a fundamental flaw that ruined the entire dish. Moreover, the prices at Villa Italian Kitchen were exorbitant, especially when weighed against the quality of food served. I understand that quality ingredients and culinary skills warrant a higher price tag, but what I received was a dish that seemed to lack both. It's disheartening to pay premium prices for food that doesn't deliver in taste or quality. Additionally, the ambiance and service, which might have compensated for the lackluster meal, were nothing out of the ordinary. The staff, while not unfriendly, did not go out of their way to enhance our dining experience. The environment was passable but did little to evoke the charming Italian culinary experience I had anticipated. In conclusion, my visit to Villa Italian Kitchen was deeply disappointing. From the poorly executed, overly salty pizza to the unjustifiable prices, it was an experience I would not want to repeat or recommend. There are numerous options for Italian dining where the cost and quality are in harmony, but sadly, Villa Italian Kitchen is not one of them.

I wasn't expecting much from here, but it really under delivered. $15 for 1 cheese slice, bread sticks & a drink.. bread had had and overcooked and zero flavor at all from the pizza. I guess at least the soda was good...

Not fresh! I used to live their garlic rolls and salads, even though the price is a bit high. However, this time, I got this rocket hard dry bread like it has been heated four time from some leftover. The FRESH word in the brand name should be take out.

Decided to try this place out because my kids wanted pizza. Pizza was greasy and definitely not worth the price. We also got the baked ziti and i was definitely scammed on this dish. They put the pasta on a styrofoam container and then proceed to microwave the pasta in the container. Then they poured a sauce over it. It was dry and watery at the same time. If you eat here, stay away from their pasta.

I bought one slice of pizza and a water and the man charged me $12.25. The pizza was under 5 dollars so im not sure how that adds up. He also had a thick accent so i didnt feel like arguing with him.

Extremely impolite. Ordered a pasta set and 4 garlic bread. Overcharging not according to menu price. Did not get everything that i ordered and gave back incorrect amount of change. Tried talking to guy at the counter. but apparently its my fault that food and change was less then wt I should be getting.

The service was very bad and rude. The lady serving salads etc saw me waiting for my order and had disgust in her face while asking for my order and then just left without handing anything to me. The guy at the counter was rude and did not respond nicely when asked about salad options which was not clear from their printed menu. Even my wife told me later that guy serving pizza didn’t even acknowledge her waiting for her order and just ignored doing nothing rather than helping her with the order. The food was ok and avoidable given the rude behavior of workers. I would avoid this place in future to the extent not to even look at the shop to avoid such bad experience. Not worth spending your hard earn money to support such business.

I come in often and almost always order the same thing. The staff is awesome. They are friendly and the food is great!

Coming from customer service myself I understand how busy and stressful food service can be. The food is really good and the service I have received has always been pleasant. Employees do and management does what they can to make the moment even when it is hard to please everyone.

Had the feta spinach stromboli and a vegetarian pizza slice. The guy serving was kind of rude about showing us the vegetarian options, and didn't heat the dishes up enough to even last 2 minutes. He wouldn't provide extra napkins/forks without a fuss too. Food tasted good though, would've been lot better if hot.

- Dishonor/Charge extra - Cold Food Avoid this place! I was charged about $12.00 extra dollars. I purchased two slices of pizza and two sides from this place. Later on I realized that I was overcharged when checking the receipt. There was some extra food that I didn't order listed on the receipt! I was charged about $12.00 extra dollars. The food was cold and as hard as rock!

After this pandemic time I went to the mall it was a nice experience to be back and have great food with great customer service again. I love coming to this place and I am so happy some things remain the same. The food quality was excellent as well as the service.
