I bought a 15 hp mercury outboard and was told that 100 hour service was included with the purchase. I called a few months later to schedule my maintenance and the receptionist verified that the 100 hour service was free. I was told to be there at 1 pm three weeks later and that it would only take about a half hour. When I made the very long and inconvenient trip they said they had no idea when they could service me, even though we set a date and time for my service. I told them to just give me the parts (oil filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, etc) they didn't even have half of the parts required for the service. So if I had waited for an indeterminate amount of time they would have either not done the service or lied to me and said it was done. Then they tried to charge me for the few parts they did have. All this while being verbally abused. Do not patronize this establishment. They are liars and crooks. If I could give zero stars I would.

Just went to Murray’s marine to get hard to find parts for my Mercury 9.9 outboard . Tim took great care of me to assure I got the right parts for that engine. He spent the time with no complaints and got everything I needed even though I wasn’t sure of part numbers. I’m so happy!

We rented a DOUBLE DECKER PONTOON BOAT W/ DOUBLE SLIDES for the day and we had an amazing time! Beach Weekend had the best price in the area. Captain Tom was awesome! He took us to the nicest spot to spend the day, constantly reminded us to practice safety when playing, and made sure we were having a great time! We would definitely rent from Beach Weekend and hire Captain Tom if we're ever in Key West again!!

We went out on one of the double decker rentals with slides and had the best time! The sandbar we ended up going to was a blast and the captain we were assigned was great at making everyone feel included! Could not recommend this place enough, well worth the price!

Took our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. We all had a wonderful time. Went to 3 different sand bars. Slides were a huge hit. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. GPS was easy to navigate. Rented for 8 hrs but didn't think we would last that long. We could've stayed longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will do again.

If your looking for a smooth and easy boating experience this place is it! We rented a pontoon boat for the day and the whole experience was friendly and smooth. Highly recommend exploring the islands while visiting! They even have a swing to take pictures or just relax. The boating GPS makes it super easy to follow and the staff were so helpful and friendly! Bring snorkeling gear with you!

I can't begin to thank you enough for setting us up on the most amazing pontoon boat ever! It was so tricked out and my son and his girlfriend were in heaven. The slides definitely got a workout. We had such a great time and created memories we will share forever. Your guy Loren got us all set up and went over the operation of the boat and recommended a great sandbar to visit. The navigation unit made getting us out there and back a breeze, not to mention the entire boat seemed brand new. It was a totally relaxing and stress-free day and I really appreciate you taking care of us. You're the best!

We rented the double decker pontoon it was amazing. Captain Loren Hail was so professional informative and fun he took us to 2 beautiful sandbars we snorkeled. We had 3 kids with us and he was telling the kids all the different fish!! Best captain he maneuvered us to see🦈🦈🦈wait for it!!! Highly recommend this excursion. They were also very accommodating!!! I have been to many marinas in Key West (and elsewhere), but never found the same level of service anywhere. Great prices, large inventory, excellent service department and my sales experiences have been wonderful. I have repowered three times with the Murray’s- oh yeah, it’s a family run marina! Unheard of today when corporate America has taken over. They have fresh bait, fuel, ice and smiling staff who greet you as if your a local. Boat storage, a full service shop, new and used boat sales and charter captains onsite. Many charities benefit from this business and the entire community feels the support, so I highly recommend you do business with Murray Matine and help keep a historical part of Key West thriving. I am not related or endeared in any way with this business, just wanted to share an honest opinion about a great marina.

Lee is awesome..I bought a used 2015 Beavertail from the Marina and any and every little detail was addressed immediately. You could not buy a boat from a better Marina. I have 4 boats and a guide service so I would know...

We visited Key West last week while on a work trip. Decided to take a day and hang out on the water and found Beach Weekend Pontoon Rentals! Wow! What an incredible experience. We rented the double decker with slides, and had their skipper take us out to Snipe Key, Boca Chica Sandbar, and Jewfish Basin. The pontoon rentals are so much fun, and the service at this new Beach Weekend location is great! Very nice staff, and they know how to set up the best pontoon boat excursions in Key West! We’ll be back!

Lovely people. Super pontoon experience. Really easy to book and I appreciate their focus on safety. Their GPS systems were fab, they have all the routes saved in and ready to access. Seriously just very easy. Ignore my child with poor manners. Kim the Marina GM thankfully has wonderful manners!! 👍👍

The family loved our day on the pontoon. The GPS guided us to a sandbar where we saw sharks and dolphins.
