WOW ! I must say…with what LOOKED like a “slim” crew working during a BUSY lunch hour… the orders were taken, filled & delivered (with perfection) to customer satisfaction ! 😁 I tried the new “Country Style Rib” sandwich. It was delicious (for fast food) !?! The dining room was pretty much filled with happy participants !!! 😳😁🤩😇

Other than it taking a while to be served, everything was good. The Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac & Cheese was well prepared, freshly cooked, and tasty! The Chocolate Mint Milkshake is also a good choice for those who don't worry about sugar and calories.

Listen!!!!!!! The drive thru is RIDICULOUSLY SLOOOOOOOOOOW. MY GOODNESS. It's not even that busy! Like shut it down if y'all have to have people wait for 30 MINUTES just to wait 30 more minutes and not order yet! Can't go in still so you have to wait. It's 7:30p on a Sunday and y'all aren't even busy you have this type of wait! I'm turned off from all Arbys at this point! I will NOT return!

I asked 3 times for cheese. When I get home no cheese. $6.50 for bread n a little meat. Shame! 5 pm I was the only one at the restaurant so that was no excuse .

Didn't have any apple turnovers when I ordered my food, and the store manager had some heated up for me by the time I finished eating. Great customer service. I really appreciated them doing that

1 employee and a manager at the front counter during Happy Hour. The manager is counting down a drawer. Employee looks at me and says nothing. I stand there for another minute, ignored, and ask if anyone is taking orders. The manager informs me, "Not right now," and continues counting money. I ask why, and she huffily answers, "I have to assign a cashier." Radical concept... Maybe count down the drawer AFTER assigning the next front counter cashier and upon their verification of the cash in the drawer. But what do I know about food service? Signed, a former district manager in food service. I left hungry =(

The Roast beef was ok. Seems as if portions got smaller. And ate in and not the roast beef or the fries were really hot or fresh

Haven't been here in a while. Ordered on the app, great online deals. Picked up order inside. The dining room area could be more spruced up. The cashier (placed another order inside) was very nice. The food was good, I didn't get sick ( happens a lot when I eat fast food). Kudos to them for having a 99 rating!

What is the Store hours, at the restaurant on Friday12/16 at 1158. Worker stating we closed with a hand signal. Lol poor consumer service glad I am not the owner

Ordered 3 piece chicken tender was asked if I wanted bbq sauce that I never got 😂😂😂. I always order the sandwich so that was good as usual.

Fries are always hot and ready and the chicken is sometimes on point with the nuggets being cooked all the way and just as hot as the fries. Good shakes

Please get someone to fix your milkshake machines. Because I LOVE the Jamocha shakes! The Jamocha shakes are one of the things that Arby's is specifically known for. Last time I went to this specific Arby's they said that they haven't had the milkshake machines working

Several young people working at this location tonight and thought that it was funny to put ice and cheese on a bun and put it in the bag with our food. When speaking to the "manager" who said his name is ziare he said, "they always doing stuff" What?! Teach your crew to not play around with people's food that just shows ignorance. Update: I spoke with the GM Greg and he took care of the situation.

Arby's is usually a hit but this time the Waygo burger was not tasty and juicy. There were 3 of us and we all had the same critique. Customer service was very good. This was a drive order, I can not evaluate the dining area.

It is very well kept and clean. All the employees I encountered were very nice and helpful. The only problem I had is with the food/drinks. Almost half of the soda flavors were out of order and the wrap I ordered was made very poorly. Half of it only had chicken and lettuce and the other half was made properly with the tomatoes, onions, cheese and honey mustard. That was very disappointing especially since I paid $12 for that combo!

The food is good, but when I order, I need those orders modified with say, no ranch or no cheese, on a consistent basis these order modifications are not adhered to, because it's a ten minute drive there and back from my office, it's VERY frustrating to say the least to get back to the office and finding things that WILL upset my stomach.
