Because I don't get braids often, when I do get them, I'm anxious (probably annoying) and unsure of the style, color etc.. This time I decided to try a braid shop. Ngozi was recommended and I'm glad I tried them. It was easy to make an appointment and Zelle my deposit. Ms. Cynthia was always willing to answer my hundreds of questions patiently and calmly. She responded to texts quickly. When I arrived they were ready, and I only waited about 5 or 10 mins, long enough to pull my book out that I was planning to read. They were very helpful when selecting the hair color (the hair is included in the price). They took particular care to trim, spray and condition the braided hair once finished, resulting in a polished finish and soft hair. They were efficient and conscious of my time. It took about 4.5 hours to get knotless, bra length braids. They were very professional. The shop was very clean. The stylist were courteous. I recommend them.

If you want a professional hair experience come to this shop. I have been coming to Ngozi's for a little over a year and have not had one bad experience. Anything that may have gone wrong the owner is always ready to make the correction. I am a woman with hair issues and once the braiders are done with me you can't even tell that I have experienced hair loss. They are on time and if there is a wait it's not 2 forevers. I enjoy coming here. Calm and extremely clean environment which I completely appreciate. I think I've found my happy place in this group of fine braiders here at Ngozi's.

Over the Christmas holiday my family took a holiday cruise around the caribbean and wanted small knotless braids. I was referred to Ngozi over the holiday by Kesha Kennedy and it was the best decision I could have ever made. The best braids I have ever had, everywhere I went people stopped me and asked who did my braids as they were extremely neat…. flawless!!!Ngozi and her team are professional, very kind, super efficient with time and they do good work and two people braiding my hair was amazing to see… the rhythm…. coordination and precision. Not to mention the afro praise and worship vibe. Braiding not too tight if you are tender headed!!!!Salon is super clean and everyone are seasoned braiders! The care they took with conditioning, prepping and styling the braids. This is the only braiding salon I will use from now on. Unfortunately the last day of my cruise my mother became ill and transitioned. My braids were still gorgeous almost 3 weeks later for my Mother’s home going service…..Best Braiding salon in Atlanta / Henry county area!

EXCEPTIONAL quality!!! My daughter’s knotless braids are the best she’s ever had, and we’ve been to many places. The service is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is pleasant. We also shopped at the beauty supply store. I found everything I needed. The prices are VERY competitive. I’ll be referring to everyone I know.
