I had a wonderful experience with Dr. E. She is an incredibly attentive and compassionate doctor. From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. E. took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and addressed each one with patience and empathy. Her genuine interest in my well-being was evident in the way she asked thorough questions and provided detailed explanations about my condition and treatment options. She made sure I fully understood everything and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Not only did Dr. E. show exceptional professionalism, but her compassion truly sets her apart. She made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my entire visit, and her presence reassured me that she genuinely cares about her patients. I was treated with kindness and patience. I was losing my voice due to sore throat from coughing) and I sounded like I’d been sucking helium! The office staff was so helpful in assisting me to log on to the telemed visit. By the time I ended my visit I felt like I’d made a new friend! The staff is very personable and supportive. They make effort to ensure you are comfortable and they attempt to answer all of your questions. It’s an overall warm and friendly environment.

A wonderful medical facility, the staff always has a smile on their faces when they greet you. The nurses are very helpful and accommodating and put my mind and ease before I meet the doctor. Dr. Richard-Azinord is a very kind, helpful and knowledgeable doctor every time I see her she knows exactly how to treat the issues that I come in for I am very proud to to call Village Medical my primary care facility.

Dr. OD is awesome. He holds me accountable and keeps me on track. He genuinely cares about his patients and for that he gets 100 stars!

I’ve finally seen all of the doctors in the Stockbridge office…I’m in LOVE!!! I absolutely adore Village Medical. Dr. Ode saved my life and I’m still moving forward to better health! Dr. Levy and Dr. E are amazing in their own rights. I couldn’t have chosen better. God is Good!!

Very unprofessional! Never answer the phone. There are too many nasty attitudes! Nobody wants to work these days. They don't take patients' health care seriously.
