They took blood results from my dog,and they never sent me results, but they charged it of course around 4000kr,after few weeks of calling them,i got strange answers from them why they did not send my results, but still they never send my results, after i started to be rude about it,i called them every day, they called me back after 30 days,to tell me that my dog have infection that is visible on results, and that they are sorry, that they never send it to me,meanwhile my dog almost died from blood and liver infection, she was urgently operated for amount of more then 50 000kr,they admitted its their mistake for condition of my dog,but they refused to help me after that, they said either you pay or we will kill your dog...i can't belive you people still have license to operate and run this place...AVOID THEM IF POSSIBLE

The veterinarians and staff at Anicura Bagarmossen Animal Hospital could not have been more kind or professional. They helped my little cat from the start until her death in the best of ways.

Our 5 months old cat, Lona, on the first summer day that we open the window for the first time, fall down. All happened so fast and it took us hours to find her. Finally, when we rushed her to the animal hospital we were concerned, sad, felt guilty and powerless. She had internal bleeding, a puncture in her lungs and a broken knee. The staff helped us to understand the situation, informed us about every decision they are taking and asked our confirmation when it is needed. Days later when her lungs and internal bleeding was getting better they suggested us to take her home for the weekend. I will never forget the moment that I gave her back to them for the surgery for her knee. They assigned two surgeons for her operation since it was a complicated one. Veterinarian Mia Norell Candetoft took her so carefully and kindly that I right away knew that she will be in good hands. I also promised myself to remember her name and write this review. She was one of the kindest people that I ever met really. It makes a difference. After the surgery, we have been given detailed instructions and suggestions to follow to help her recover. They also called and arranged a physiotherapy session to check her progress. 3 months later now, she walks completely fine and acts as she has never been hurt. She runs, climbs, and wanders around like a boss. Only 30-40 per cent of the cost is covered by our insurance and it was not a cheap treatment. We are grateful for all the efforts of the staff and the veterinarians. They simply saved her life and no money can match that. I cannot imagine any other place that could have done this kind of a big and resource-intensive treatment for Lona. So if you are in need of urgent, professional care for your loved ones, I would certainly suggest this hospital.

I'm incredibly unhappy with the service provided in treating my kitten. We had to visit the hospital several times (each time with several hours of waiting in a room) before he was admitted. When I phoned them initially, they told us to come in ASAP, but were sent home again because it was too busy. We then went back the next morning and were again sent home after he ate a few bites of food and told to come back in case he would vomit. That happened later during the night and our third visit finally led to them to admit my kitten. Despite a huge bill for a two-night stay and several tests, we did not receive clarity on the actual diagnosis, zero aftercare and (worst of all) the issues reappeared shortly after our kitten was released from the hospital. He was given medication during his stay, but no instructions to continue with the medication at home whilst another vet advised us that the medication he received should be applied for several days to really have an effect. Also, when he was released he had dried up feces all over his tail and legs... All in all a very bad experience!

After having my Apollo in another hospital where he was wrongly diagnosed , treated poorly and front desk Communication was ineficienteI, I took my dog who was getting worse to Anicura ❤️. My boss has been a forever costumer and she highly recommend them to me. Best veterinarian experience in 30 years and different countries. My dog was diagnosed without unnecessary tests , treated with love and respect and he came home 24 hours after he was admitted. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable, front desk very helpful and staff kept us updated constantly and even sent pictures! My Apollo came in very bad condition despite of being in another hospital. Anicura and all their amazing staff saved him 🥰 and overall showed compassion and professionalism with Apollo and with us. Thanks Anicura!!!

It's real what you read on the other comments, they have hidden fees. Almost one year later I has been charged more when they said explicitly that I was paying everything when I picked up my dog. Great doctors, terrible administration, it's a shame.

Amazing team. They helped us on the weekend when our little puppy had shown signs of food poisoning. He got all better thanks to the Nurses and their recommended food. Will definetly go there again

Pretty and polite employees, however that is not for what we are coming there... Politness and good looks are on the high level on this clinic, but I have also received strange personal behaviour, which was not connected to the animal care. I will not come here the third time, since we had to pay for nothing. They ask for the payment 24 h before visit, if you cancel in the shorter period, it means that they will charge you anyway. It was really reflected in the attitude of the people working there. Promised to call and send the result by email, but again I have got nothing, since payment was already taken...Looking like modern clinic, but you have already many of those around....

My doggo had an emergency and we ended up being admitted to this hospital. The waiting time for the first vet appointment was quite long, but that's the only downside. Nurses are vets are super friendly and attentive, making these little extra good things for you and your pet here and there, they do care. We are happy and grateful for this! Wish your pets to be healthy and happy ❤️

Excellent services. Staff is not only composed of excellent professionals but also genuinely caring and respectful people. The hospital is sparking clean. I was kept informed at all times, consulted regarding next steps in the treatment and explained the rationale behind the recommended direction. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

I had an entirely positive experience. The clinic was recommended by a vet friend and even though it’s more than an hour from where I live, it was worth it. Friendly, punctual and even slightly less expensive than I had been led to believe it would be. In all, surgery, an overnight stay, a rehab consultancy and X-rays before and since surgery were around the expected price for surgery alone. No problems at all in my experience. I can see from some reviews that emergency procedures may be less streamlined but for my dog’s planned surgery (TPLO) I am extremely grateful for their work.

Ett stort tack till denna djurklinik. Vi har har vid två tillfällen besökt denna klinik och blivit både väl bemötta och fått den hjälp vi behöver. Big heart filled thank you to Holly and all nurses that guided us through a rough diagnosis our cat received that unfortunately ended up in euthanasia. We are so thankful for the whole process, everything from the diagnosis to the fair well in the extremely tough times we now have to face in the loss of our little family member. We were treated with the upmost respect and are grateful for how the bad news were brought to light and for giving us the opportunity to a dignifying last goodbye. Thank you anicura.

Do you like hidden fees? Do you like being advised on the phone to bring your pet in as a matter of urgency just so they can charge you for an emergency visit you don't need? Avoid like the plague, very expensive, very vague communication. I feel very cheated for having gone here.

The worst veterinarian experience we’ve ever had.
We came in with a sick cat showing severe flu symptoms and were put to the infection ward to wait for the vet. After sometime there came in a nurse who only took his temperature and told us that the wait for the vet would be about 2 hours. After this, we were left in the room and were told that our cat had to stay in the crate during the waiting time, which in the end ended up being nearly 8 hours?! During which time no one came to give us any real update or check if our cat was doing okay. For 8 hours no one came to even ask if he would need some water, something to eat or perhaps a litter box to use. And what makes it even worse is that the room we were in was so cold, that our cat started shivering extremely badly. When the vet finally came in to the room after all these hours, he spent barely 5 minutes checking our cat's heartbeat and just took a quick look at his eye and nose, and told us to go home and come back if he gets worse. The whole visit caused nothing more than unnecessary stress for an already sick cat, and no one really even took a real look at him. And for this, they still charged us for nearly 3500 SEK. This is the second terrible experience we have with this particular place, as earlier this year we took our other cat here after she had a stroke. Also, this time we were left waiting for hours with no one checking up on us and when the vet finally came in, they said she looked okay for now and sent us home for the night with instructions to come back in the morning. Well.. There was never a morning for her, as she had a second stroke as soon as we got back home and never made it through that night. After these experiences, I don’t see us ever using their services again.

Professional and skilled vets and nurses. If you are there for an emergency, bring food and any other supplies you will need for a very long stay.
