This gym just keeps getting worse and worse, the TV hasn't worked all of 2022 and no one seems interested in calling someone to fix it, many cardio machines are broken and could be updated to a better machine fleet, now they can't even spend a few extra thousand a month on to have the sauna running a few extra odd hours a day, however, large areas and there is development potential if there is a site manager who is business-minded and has the stamina and is willing to improve a little. Unfortunately, there are many of us who are considering canceling membership with Actic.

Worst gym I've ever been to. Come in at 8 in the morning and weights don't hang where they should, it's freezing cold in the room, there's no cold water in the toilet, which also smells like old urine. There is no shower in the men's changing room, but you are asked to go through the entire gym to an ice-cold shower room where there are no lockers. Then there are, for example, no proper benches if you want to train bench press. Only half broken wobbly benches you have to move around the whole gym to get a rather bad setup for your bench workout. Disaster on all counts!!!

Nice gym, but dreary premises. But at the same time, if you go to the gym, it doesn't matter much.

Low-budget gym, young people everywhere like a leisure park, impersonal and no further service. There are new options on Hammarby allé so I canceled my membership.

Conveniently situated. Well equipped. Spacious.

Plenty of the space, what is positive. The machines are 10-15 years old, from Nautilus times. Sure, they work, though time to refurbish, the training comfort, safety matters. Some of the equipment misses info, like dumbbells, lost the signs of the weight. So one have to guess which one is which. It could be easy to fix! If I compare with Actic Årsta, also Sthlm, they have better equipment, renewed. There is a sense of modern gym. One hairdryer had appeared after some months 😉 Parking place inhouse under the gym, with rebated fee. Remember to ask for the card to leave at windshield to use the rebated payment.

Very hard to cancel subscription, support is very messy.

Plenty of room to exercise, good sortiment of workout machines, few of the treadmills are always out of order

Really good gym. Very few there regardless of time and the machines are unbeatable. They have, among other things, nautilus lat pulldown and compound row, vertical chest, etc. If you want to train according to science and get the best results possible, this is a very good gym for you.

Fina stora lokaler, dock saknar jag lite roligare pass. Pilates, något aerobicsliknande gympapass vore kul. Finns Yogapass men oftast 1,5tim, lite för långa tycker jag.

Cheap gym in the bottom segment for those who manage on their own but don't want to go to "self-service gyms". The only real advantage is that it is quiet so you never have to queue. Non-existent housekeeping and the men's locker room and sauna have been under renovation for ages. Warning for the babysitter, on Sunday 9/12 2018 at 2000 there were three suburban guys who had their DOG (pitbull) running around in the babysitter and inciting it to play with the toys. The staff stood at the counter next door doing nothing and seemed perfectly fine with it. There were several of us who reacted, but since the guys looked very aggressive, I don't think anyone wanted to get into trouble. Had intended to bring my five year old sometime but it will never happen after seeing this!
