It is very fresh as it was opened in the last couple of years. It has everything necessary for a work out. However, it is a 24/7 gym, so keep in mind it is a budget one, do not set your expectations high in terms of lots of quipment.

Pretty good place for workout. One of the bigger ones, I think, counting the huge Ladies' gym. Kept pretty clean. Classes. Pleasent personnel. I was not able to enter the other day, which felt absolutely unacceptable, though. Took the car to the Älvsjö gym, no problem getting in. They have no explanation. Costs 200kr/month. Right at Fruängen centrum. Metro red line Fruängen. Hemköp and Coop next door.

I didn't visit other gyms here in Sweden but I can honestly say that this is a nice one, it looks small from the outside but you can find all types of equipments. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is clean and organized. The area just for women have one of each of the basics machines but it's really complete. It's located at the Fruängen Centrum, so if you live around here and think about going to the gym, you should consider this one! 😉

A very nice gym. Almost empty in the morning so if you want to avoid the crowd, you can go in the morning. It has almost all the equipment you need to complete most of the workout plans. Group trainings are availabe as well.
