Lousy service! The girl has attitude and moves at a snail's pace. Took a customer and talked to him about football for 5 minutes. It doesn't take that long to wrap something. I pass on to another girl who will help me return a piece of jewelry. She doesn't know much so she asks the other girl who speaks condescendingly to her in front of the customers. I never usually leave reviews like this but this time I felt compelled because the experience was SO good! My partner and I visited the store in connection with an insurance matter. We were received incredibly well by two women who work at Albrekts Guld in Skärholmen. The woman who helped us choose jewelry was not only professional in her professional role, but also as a fellow human being. Everyone on the staff was really keen that it would be good and work out for us. Everything went smoothly without a hitch thanks to these wonderful women! ❤️
