NEVER choose Hökarängen's care center! If you, as a patient, do not show up for a booked visit, you absolutely have to pay anyway. I received a call on my mobile: "Don't forget your appointment at the health center tomorrow!". Huh...??? Do I have time tomorrow??? I totally forgot/missed that... I still took time off from work and went to the health center: - Then it turned out that they had made a mistake. Sent out the invitation by mistake... Ok, I said, but now you have to pay me for lost income. They refused. I demanded compensation through the Kronofogden, and then - after a long time - they gave in and paid the debt.

Time to revise the review for this health center. A few years ago, there was a fantastic medical center that cared about its patients. Nowadays it's pure bullshit. There is no follow-up of patients whatsoever. Instead, they have to nag themselves to get their follow-up visits and samples taken. It has failed completely. Rated a five 3 years ago, now it's a one. Incredibly boring! Have you taken on too many patients so you don't have time? In any case, something has obviously happened.

Since all I heard about the care unit was exceptionally good and in stark contrast to my own primary caregiver at the time, I got in line. I then waited and, as anticipated, I waited for some years. As of today, having been enlisted for some two years, I can doubtlessly say that the wait was worth while. Each and every staff member here is noticeably professional, caring, friendly and they never hesitate to go an extra mile out of their way to help. Conclusively, it's pretty much the kind (of) care you'd wish being able to expect everywhere, but that in reality is regrettably hard to find any elsewhere.

Sad to read that some had negative experiences at the health center. I have only been there once so far, but I myself was very well received by both the receptionist and the doctor I met. They were nice and professional. I am satisfied with my visit.

The front desk help is excellent. I've seen two different doctor's there. They are very kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. Even had my doctor willing to help me make an appointment for a specialist as I wasn't sure how the booking system worked.

Very friendly place, doctors are great! Everyone speaks great English. Always great booking organization :D

why do you use fortnox as your debt collector 🙁 now after I paid invoices with late fees, there will be new invoices that I haven't paid. they threaten the bailiff. I've never been late paying a bill, but now they're going to squeeze money out of ordinary honest people and that's not right. why do you think their services are so cheap 🙈 because they make all the money by sending out fake late payments and charge lots of extras that the customer shouldn't have to pay. behind bars is where they should be and hope that after the next election the new government makes it impossible for companies like this to flourish in Sweden. shameful that eb care center uses them and lacks judgment completely.

So happy with my visits here. Competent and super nice doctors and nurses who take you seriously. Don't stress through the visits. Would like to give 100 stars, but unfortunately it's not possible :)

Fick tid snabbt trots att jag ej var listad (semesterbesök). Fint bemötande från receptionen och väldigt nöjd med läkaren. Saklig och kompetent. Trevlig lokal!

Detta har gått från att vara en av de bästa vårdcentraler som jag besökt. Till medioker.

+ Very nice, nice premises. - Doctors did not show up for a scheduled phone call. It later turned out that they did not have a number saved for the patient, although they themselves suggested a call during previous contact. Very bad! - If you call for advice and appointment booking and there are too many callers, the call is terminated. It would be much better if they would call instead at that point. It is very unpleasant to hang up the phone as it is now.
