A fairly small gym that is centrally and conveniently located in Vällingby. There is most of what you need but is perhaps not the first choice for bodybuilders as the focus is not on barbells and loose weights. The gym has a surprisingly large fitness section. There are a lot of people between 17:00 and 21:00, but early in the morning it is very quiet and thus perfect for training. There is also a separate girls' gym. Unfortunately, the same thing applies here as in many other gyms, the members don't want, can't, can't bear to put back the equipment they used. You get a good gym for the money, it's open 24/7, staffed 12:00-19:00 weekdays and is close to the subway and bus. Addition: It's starting to be time to update the machinery, it's getting worn out, there are a few screws and bolts missing here and there. On the Leg curl/extension machines, the weight packs sometimes come loose. Better used machines have become worse used.

Equipped with proper changing rooms and women's gym with a handful of equipment to choose from, helpful staff too
