Ordered a ring in white gold, received it in yellow gold with a promise to exchange it for the correct color as soon as they made a new one. After 1.5 months I haven't heard anything from them. Calls up and is told that the ring is ready. Tried to collect it according to the opening hours on the answering machine but closed. Will call later and arrange for me to come pick up in the afternoon. Locked but looks to be open. Have rang the bell and now stood waiting 30 min. Called countless times on the phone but gets to the answering machine. The worst service! Don't buy anything here, just get confused. Went unnecessarily once more and paid expensive parking in the old town.
