😠 Dangerous place and definetly overpriced. We had very rough experience. 1) only warm place is sauna (it could be hotter). No other baths or saunas. 2) pool area is super dangerous. My husband fell and hurt his foot. 3) I am sure pool area is beautiful in the summer time. But for the winter time... People often mention pool, sauna, experience, water, treatment, warm, room, view,

Dangerous place and definetly overpriced. We had very rough experience. 1) only warm place is sauna (it could be hotter). No other baths or saunas. 2) pool area is super dangerous. My husband fell and hurt his foot. 3) I am sure pool area is beautiful in the summer time. But for the winter time it should be just closed. Especially if it is -10 C outside. it was super windy and all towels and bathrobes we came with were blown into the water of the pool while we were swimming. It was so cold outside my ears were freezing because the water of the pool wasn’t warm enough. When we were leaving the pool, we were freezing unable to wrap ourselves in the towels, remember they flew into the water - they need a proper place to hang the towels and the robes. The area around the pool is super slippery (of course it is slippery. water freezes under the 0 C) They should have closed the pool due to the weather conditions. I’ve been to spas like that when the temperature is subzero outside and you don’t enter them from the outside (especially if it is on the roof 8th floor! Can you imagine how cold it is on the roof in the winter?) you enter it from the inside pool to the outside pool. I’ve been to spa like this in Switzerland and Germany and never had such a bad experience and dangerous experience. 4) they sold us tickets for the time slot of 18:00 to 21:00. But the bar and food (even potato chips we couldn’t get) were already closed by 8:30 p.m. and by 8:40 p.m. they turned off the sauna. Then they sold us the entrance tickets they told us that it is open until 9 p.m. I mean sure the stuff wants to go home and if they need to start cleaning and closing the facility at 8:30 it is totally fine, but then don’t sell it as a 3 hour ticket and don’t tell people that we can be at spa until 9 p.m. Tell visitors in advance that you are closing at 8:30 p.m. because we want to be able to plan our stay. So the information about how this place operate was very misleading. We had to relax in the hotel room after visiting this so-called “spa”.

So I enjoyed the experience I had at the rooftop pool with the igloo pre booked. The sauna is very nice and we liked sitting in the igloo and watching the snow fall. The setup around the pool doesn’t make sense with the freezing and the snow, gets awfully slippery and probably is begging for someone to get really hurt. But baring that, we had a good time.

Super confusing experience. The staff made a mess with the reservation. We tried to explain to her what we had booked, but she kept messing up dates and the activities. After 10 minutes, she was able to figure everything out and gave us robes and towels, and that was it: We didn't know where to go for what we had booked. In my case, i went to the reserved treatment room, but it was closed. The staff came to open it and then she left. Nobody was inside the room or even around to explain to me what i should do to start the treatment. I went looking for somebody and i couldn't find anybody. When i came back to the room, another guy was inside having the treatment, so i had to explain that the room was already booked. In the end, i paid for 40 minutes but only got 10, being super stressed by the bad customer service. The treatment was fine, nothing special. The spa is small and old, but the outside pools are kind of nice. I wouldn't recommend it. There are far better spas with cheaper options, and definitely with better customer service

Why has this only got 3.5 stars??? It's fantastic, even when snowing in April! 3 hours is plenty, and totally worth the money. Good beers, good wine, good service. Thank you 😊

Bit pricey, but a clean and relaxing place. Nice background music, fantastic view and attentive staff. Pool is quite warm, it was a perfect temperature during my stay due to windy weather - don't know, if it gets adjusted to different conditions.

Loved it, they have affordable swimwear if you didn't carry your own, lovely refreshments, afternoon tea, good customer care, masaage chairs for clients even if you don't pay for a whole spar treatment, water was warm enough. Just perfect, would highly recommend it and the view over the city is to die for.

Nice view from the rooftop pool. A bit prizey considering that there is only one pool and one sauna that you can go to.

Pricy but a nice outdoor pool and sauna. Very warm and clean. Peaceful surroundings even though it overlooks the train and traffic.

Had an average experience. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the front desk lady said I was late. Did not receive an email or any kind of notification that I was supposed to come earlier. After 10 minutes of confusion trying to find the details of the reservation, my 25-minute massage treatment was cut short to 15 minutes. And it wasn't that great of a massage. The facial went fine. Mostly disappointed that I paid for a 25-minute massage but got 15 instead. And I also paid for my friends' treatments, and theirs were cut short as well due to the lack of customer service and guidance to first-time visitors. Will never come back here again.

Excellent experience from booking to check-out. Service crew very friendly. The room was spacious and impeccable. Good breakfast. Selma city spa is Awesome, the water on the pool was great, the view also.  We'll be back for sure.

An exceptional place in the centre of Stockholm. However, I was very disappointed with the massage I had there. A lack of care for the client, a total lack of interest during the treatment and an unprofessional technique...

Visited solo on a sunny winter day midweek Wednesday afternoon. Staff were friendly and professional. Whole place was clean and tidy, saw staff checking this regularly. Price wasn't too bad. It was midweek so not too busy and didn't need to prebook like is recommended. It was reasonable price. I was loaned a lock for my locker as I had not brought one. The views from the pool are wonderful, the pool was lovely and warm even on a cold winter's day. I got a drink from the bar and took it to sip by the pool. There are also wooden chairs and table you can sit and enjoy the view and a drink. There was a sauna that was mostly empty. You are given a dressing gown, flip flops and towel on arrival and there is an indoor lounge area with chairs to sit and there was free fruit and water. Some people sat here working on laptop or enjoying drinks or reading a book. The changing rooms were clean and had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and hairdryer. If you've never been to a rooftop view it's totally worth a visit.

Nice looking, but rather a swimming pool instead of what you would expect in a spa.

Nice pool and sauna. Dressing rooms and showers are Stattin to get worn out.

Beautifully placed. Warm pool, relaxing igloo outside, sauna, massage, cool fragrances. Enjoyable. The poke bowls might have been tastier but overall alright.

Ridiculously overpriced for what you get. It’s not a spa. It’s a small pool and a sauna for 1200 for 2 people. Should not be marketed as a spa and the price is completely crazy! It’s also absurd it costs money for hotel guests. For what it is I expect it to be free for hotel guests and cost 150-200 for non hotel guests. There are other pools or spa I would go to instead!

Life-threatening. There was ice all around the pool. People were slipping and getting injured. The "rubber mats" that were laid around the pool didn't work, so they were overflowing with ice. The same was true for the stairs leading up to the pool; they weren't shoveled and were also covered with a thick layer of ice on the steps, making it more like a slide. It was a blizzard, all the slippers blew away so we had to walk barefoot out of the pool, which was excruciatingly painful for the feet. I also got frostbites on my forehead. The bathrobes had also frozen into ice as steam from the pool made them damp and then froze. It was barely possible to put them on. I had my nine-year-old with me, and she panicked, thinking we were going to die. It was a terrible experience, and in hindsight, I don't understand how it could even be open. There should at least be some sort of heated bathing hut to undress in and ice-free walkways to walk on in the winter. Never again!

😠 SCAM!! Do not book the day pass - they will double charge and refuse to remove it if you actually use any services on the day. They will tell you on the day that your purchase includes a massage/facial but then charge you a second time the day after. Notably, the day pass costs more than a massage/f...
