I was satisfied, but - experienced the premises as half-baked in terms of order and cleanliness. The customer service so-so as they spoke more to each other (the hairdressers) than the customers, also in a different language. The haircut was supposed to take 50 minutes as communicated when booking, but only took 20 minutes incl. Blow drying. Mao. Not sure how accurate it was. The sum: was satisfied with the hair for a cheap price (220 SEK) but otherwise not a great experience.

Staff are very friendly but the service was not of good quality. I threaded my eyebrows. I got plenty of cuts on my skin around both eyebrows and on forehead.

She shredded my cuticles and one nail has already cracked (after 1 day). She offered to fix a nail for free if there was a problem but she won't touch my hands again. Also, it took all of 2 hours.

I would not recommend going there if you are looking for a hairdresser who listens to your wishes. Was really disappointed as I wanted the outer ends to be cut and she certainly cut more than 3cm - I even showed before how much to cut. I won't go there again, a hairdresser who can't listen to the customer is really not a good hairdresser.

The salon is good, the employees are friendly! I got my hair cut there and I can say that the hairdressers are very good and listen to their clients.

I am very pleased with today's visit to Kamila. She did what I thought was impossible. Had all kinds of hair colors in her hair, red, black and blonde. Wanted a lighter and more even hair color that matches my skin tone better. The result was better than expected. Kamila is really a super talented hairdresser with a sense of color and shape.

The personnel is really nice, and the service quality is really good for such an affordable price. Recommend.

Got my hair cut and curled at Anna's, very satisfied! She is thorough, and incredibly talented, she did a fantastic job saving my tired summer hair, will definitely be going back. In addition, very affordable.
