Hotel is located in burgeous part of Stockholm not far from Center. It has a character of Agatha Christie movie. There was all we needed and no fake fanciness.

We stayed here for a week. The check in and out process wasn’t bad. They accommodated us a bit earlier than they should which was nice. The rooms are nice. Adequate, but the beds & pillows aren’t great. Asked for a quiet room but where we were situated, we heard everything. Trucks, sirens, patrons hanging out at the bars/lounges nearby. There was a shower and tub in our bathroom. They do offer shower products. They had A fan and a portable heater in the room as well. The place was clean, and they clean rooms every 3rd day. You have a small fridge, that looks like a cupboard and an electric kettle with the usual coffee & tea. There is also a gym here and a business center. There are ironing rooms on certain floors. They were 2 bottles of water in our fridge as well. Breakfast is served a little longer on Sundays but 7-10 other days. The wifi isn’t the greatest. It’s a great location if nothing else. Walkable to almost everything and everywhere. If you can’t do much walking, Uber/taxi and their T system will get you to anyplace. I’m

I stayed for three nights, 22/25, October 2023 and I enjoyed my stay. The Crystal Plaza Hotel is perfect for a visit to beautiful Stockholm. Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. All in all, I was very satisfied. Many thanks to the very helpful staff.

Dirty hotel, bad service at the reception and trouble paying when checking out. This resulted in me not being able to pay, and they said they would send me an email about how to proceed. They did not. So I called them and asked how to proceed, so it can be paid. The one answering the phone was probably the most rude person to work in the service industry and did not want to collect the payment without asking someone to jump through hoops. A horrible experience and will not be staying here again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zental und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.Das Frühstücksbüfett ist auch sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.Besonders empfehlenswert:Waffeln .

BEDBUGS! I had a very bad experience having bedbugs bites in my entire body. I found the bug on the bed and the reception guy even not said sorry to me. Staff is not very friendly in general. Bedrooms are small. The only positive aspect is the breakfast.

Overall the place looks a bit run down and is in need of a refurbish. The breakfast, which is served in a attached Chinese restaurant is decent and has good variety and the hotel is well located. The rooms are very small, but in general tidy and functional, but the bed was awful. It doesn't have a proper mattress, just two very thin ones stacked on each other, resulting in a bad night sleep. For this reason I can't really give more the 2 stars and would not recommend anyone staying here

The location in the city center and the staff's interest are good, but the cleaning done once in 3 days is insufficient, I found 2 different colors of women's hair in my room. Hoping to never see them again, especially during this covid period.

Best price for central hotel in Stockholm. Really enjoyed, friendly stuff. Fantastic breakfast was included.

This hotel has a nice personality. Basic breakfast. My room was small. Slept well. Nostalgic old fashion elevator. Very sentral location.

Breakfast was at a Chinese place?? Also way too expensive for a junior suite and one of our room keys did not work and we didn’t get a replacement. Otherwise ok and good service.

Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are ok. Older carpet on the floor and not so clean. This is the reason for the 4 stars. Breakfast was really good and it was quiet during the night. For the price it was a very good choice.

Ein schönes altes Haus, gutes Frühstück,tolle Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen

Unfreundliche Dame am Empfang . Wir wurden auf unsere Fragen ,zwecks Zimmer u.s.w. einfach stehen gelassen . Im Prospekt stand auch eine Bar mit Lounge , wo wir dachten abends noch gemütlich zu sitzen . Die Bar war die ganze Zeit geschlossen ohne Kommentar. Die Zimmer werden nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt . Das Frühstück ging gerade so , aber man kam sich vor wie in einem Wartesaal. In einem Zimmer war ein Kleiderschrank da passte grad so 2 Jacken rein . Und es war niemand da der sich in irgend einer Weise um unsere Belange gekümmert hätte. Die Fenster sind auch nicht aufgegangen und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig . Wir werden das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und haben jeden Cent bereut .

Despite the room being very warm at night-time we couldn't sleep with an open window due to noise from the neighbouring bar. Service, breakfast, interior etc. more than fine, but I was disappointed by the noise & lack of air conditioning at this particular room, considering the price of the room.

great location, the single rooms are tiny but good enough. breakfast included was nice. the lobby smelt of wet carpet and the hotel was pretty but outdated. the wifi was an unsecured network which was patchy and unreliable. definitely couldn’t stream anything and at times couldn’t even load a google search. i asked but they simply told me no one had ever complained of it and that it was my phone… i found myself at the cafe down the street for my internet needs.

Friendly staff whom fixed one of my booking issues right away with no hassle. The room was spacious and cozy and had some personality to it due to the strange shape of it, but sadly the view through our window was rather bad as all you could see was basically a wall. We kept the curtains up at all time which helped the illusion of pretending the view was good. Would book again, no complaints. Breakfast was also fairly extensive and had everything expected.

If you are going to charge $120 a night, then you need to have functional Wi-Fi. There’s just no excuse in this day and age.

Good location, clean, breakfast included. Excellent value at the price. SUPER helpful and flexible staff. I borrowed an iPhone charger and prolonged my check out...all with "Yes we can" and smiles.

Just spent 5 nights at the hotel and from the friendly staff to the excellent buffet breakfast it was great. The location was also perfect for restaurants shopping sightseeing etc. Would highly recommend the hotel and it won’t be the last time we visit

At this price in this location it is hard to find something better. Confy beds, a desk, a fridge and a kettle in our room were very convenient. Very close to the city centre, you don't have to use public transport. Simple but tasty breakfast every morning, on weekends served till 11 a.m. Nothing to complain about, only the small size of the room and the fact that the shower completely flooded the bathroom. Nevettheless perfect hotel for 3 nights.

Do not even book this hotel better there's plenty more. I have been here for a week. We just check in on Saturday till Monday no one come to clean room(room service) then Sunday evening we went to say that no one come to clean room then they said no on weekends no room service, on Monday you will have it. But even no one came to do on weekdays also. That mean they clean after check out only Means if toilet paper, soap liquid any thing you need you have to go to reception to inform or to have another. Worst experienced. Better go for another. Even few receptionist are really rude.

Old windows caused lots of street noise Saturday night. But the room and location was really good . the staff was very friendly and helpful

In general, it fully corresponds to its three stars. The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is relative - there are stains on the curtains and soft surfaces. The breakfast is not bad.

Want to thank specially receptionist Mr.Peter ,about his caring services to us.We had problems and he kindly help us so much to solve it. His service was outstanding showing that he really care about hotels quests.He even involved other hotels receptionist to help us to get car out of garage ,because it did'nt open so early in the morning. Must say he was really man in the right place and right time. He even made coffee for us by own initiative,without asking anything. We thank him really from bottom of our hearts and wish him Gods blessings.
