One of the worst hotel I have never had. We arrived at 10 and rooms were not able for us but for the person before they were. We let out luggage and we went outside. We come back around 19h and we Checked in. The person at the front office told ask we have to book for breakfast, we said ok at 9h30 , he said is not possible we are full, I asked for 10h and it was also full. So I asked 9am he said it was possible just between 7h30 and 8h30. So I said That I was disagree with that because they could ask me at the morning to book it ! I was at 10h30 at the hotel!!!!! Also I have booked at double queen size room but I had a Twin room. Anywhere were said that we need to book for breakfast, and they didn’t want to change our room today, because they are full. The person at the front desk was unkind and unfriendly. I would NOT recommend this hotel with such service. Go far away!

The BWH is a beautiful vintage art. The courtyard is a sight to behold and the location is just perfect for a tourist who wants to be at the center of it all, quick and easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, parks, and monumental buildings. However the room space was pretty tiny, it was on the 5th floor and I called it a bird cage, it was a very uncomfortable space. The staff were professional, friendly and really helpful especially Nadia. Breakfast was okay but I wished they had more varieties or changed some every other day. They also did not have option of meal order for guests fod lunch or dinner. Overall the location did it for me, it's a big NO for the bird cage room.

really amazing hotel right in the center of Stockholm - excellent price-quality ratio. I stayed with my wife for 2 nights - we were really impressed by the level of this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, service, amazing breakfast. All monuments are within walking distance. I will not look for another hotel on my next visit to Stockholm. We recommend it :-)

Great location in the heart of Stockholm. Friendly and helpful employees. Room was a bit small for a single but the main winner was the breakfast. One of the best on my trip to Stockholm.

This is clearly not a 4-star hotel. When I walked into the room I couldn’t believe my eyes. Tiny, stained walls, cheap furniture. For a 2-star hotel would be very respectable, not for a 4 star and the price. I claim this hotel is commiting fraud, is outrageous they are in business.

🫠🫠🫠Bedrooms very small and hot Avoid for summertime as it is much hotter in the tiny rooms than outside. Doesn’t get better with a fan. Doesn’t get cooler at night either🫠

Stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller for 3 nights, Single room Pros: Bed was comfortable, Bathroom was amazing with a nice shower, toilet and sink. Breakfast was worth it. Cons Room was very warm, weather in Stockholm was around 25 degrees Celsius during my stay, room had 0 ventilation without the windows open, which the windows overlooked the central area. Where breakfast and everything was served. Hotel is in a very central location with the central station about a 10 minute walk and a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Lots of cafes and shops on the same street as the hotel so there is lots to do. All in all very good value for the money as a solo traveller. Happily pay the extra to stay here again over a hostel.

Very well located hotel. Rooms are facing a central interior covered yard where the breakfast buffet takes place. Rooms are basic but comfi. The breakfast buffet is really good! Plenty of choice including smoked salmon, pancakes, gluten free and lactose free options, fresh juices etc

I'm extremely happy with the experience and the rooms. Definitely recommended. Not to miss the most amazing breakfast buffet I've had so far.

How can this hotel have 4 stars? Room was cold and a draft from the window. Curtains not fully covering window so light from the streetlamp right outside the window made room very bright during the night. Very much sounds both from the street and from the corridor and no noise cancelling window or door. Had to move the bed to find an electrical outlet to charge phone. Breakfast, ok bread but scrambled eggs and bacon was cold. Total experience NOT what to expect from a four star hotel.

Best hotel I ever stayed in Stockholm. Rooms are small but tidy, very friendly staff, beautiful aula, free coffee in the morning. Located downtown, perfect for city and boat trips. I stayed in room 519 and will be back!!

Great breakfast. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Clean. Excellent location. I was able to check in earlier. Also when I checked out, I could leave the luggage till my flight time and the lobby was always open with coffee and cookies. Rooms might be small. But the lobby and everything else makes up for that. The location is also convenient, not too far from T-central. One difficult thing is the stairs to the way to the lobby. Difficult to carry heavy luggage over a few steps until you find the lift that takes you to the floors.

Just returned from a lovely stay in Stockholm at best western Bentleys, first of all the staff are very welcoming & friendly from the counter, cleaners, night staff & breakfast servers. All lovely people! The room was queen, on the website I assumed it would be facing the courtyard with a balcony. Instead we got a room with a lovely view of Drottninggatan which was wonderful! Beautiful building, it really is gorgeous. I have no complaints about the room; clean, tidy with everything you need such as shower products, hairdryer, fan, tv etc. Breakfast was great! Me and my friend both have allergies so was happy to see a gluten free & lactose free section. Fresh tea & coffee whenever you need.. fab for us brits! So close to shopping, museums, lovely parks and just a little walk to Gamla Stan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you Bentleys!

Really enjoyed our stay here! And had the best hotel breakfast ever, so many vegan options, we were in heaven! Would definitely stay again :)

It was a fantastic and OUTSTANDING stay at hotel Best Western Bentleys. The stay crushed my expectations in positve way. I can really not tell anything negative. The breakfast was incredibel: Everything you could have wished for and even more. Hot and cold food was refilled immediately, the personell almost catched up food before touching the ground to hold everything clean and tidy. Everyone was so nice and the entry staff made great recommendations and hints. You can have fresh brewed coffee for nothing the whole day in the lobby. My apartment was not that huge, but suitable and everything I need was there - even the shower was tall enough. STRONGLY recommende! A+*

Rude staff. The photos they show on the app are totally different than the room I received. They give you a 2 stars room for a 4 stars price. You can’t open the window, there’s no AC and the room felt like a prison. Even towels never dry out properly because there’s no windows to open. They give you 2 cheap noisy fans to survive the heath. There are only 2 plugs beside the bed, you get confused, do i charge my phone and watch or turn the noisy fans on. The breakfast was edible. I would call this hotel Worst Western Hotel Bentleys and would never come back again.

The hotel itself was really good with an incredible breakfast buffet. The room was average at best but with the 24/7 open reception it was well worth it. The only problem is that it's quite a bit of a walk from the closest station to the hotel. But the staff was lovely.

Easy and friendly hotel with everything you need for an overnight stay. Clean and bright. Breakfast is in the middle of the courtyard so can get noisy in the morning if your windows is facing courtyard side. Very much in the middle of town and close to Central (10mins walk). Ideal for one or 2 nights stay!

Wonderful staff. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, beautiful designs and area, room was so gorgeous and again, staff are such awesome people. Perfect location, perfect everything. Not a single flaw.

my 2nd stay in this hotel, both times on business. Location is great, and the atmosphere of a renovated old building is very much what I like. Everything clean, neat and modern. BUT, for business travellers the rooms are fairly small with a small desk to work on. Lobby is of course large enough, yet I do not like working in a lobby. My recommendation: use this hotel for private trips.

Situated in a perfect place in Norrmalm quarter near from restaurants, shops, the old town and the Subway. The breakfast is excellent and amazing. There is enough space in the room, the bed is confortable and the bathroom is nice with the floor heating. The only shame is the décoration in the bedroom a little bit dark.

We were as a Family with two children guests in this great hotel for the fifth time from Mid August to early September. We were warmly received and welcomed by Amir from the Guest Relation. Immediately we felt at home. The room cleaning was great. The maids did an excellent job. Everything was very clean ,Thank you for giving us a wonderful stay. We will be happy to come again!

Placed very close to the central station, but in a very quite part of the street. Very nice breakfast and coffee is served all day. The receptionist were really helpful and friendly. The room was clean but very small.

Do not come here if you have toddlers or babies. Or mobility issues. There are many steps from the street to the hotel's lift and all doors in public areas are very heavy, so it is not suitable for prams. There is no crib, as we found out on arrival despite the staff offering us one (originally two cribs but I explained our toddler sleeps in our bed) over the phone before I booked (it would be helpful if they also mentioned the steps at this point). Of course if we had known all this we would have booked a more suitable hotel, so I'm disappointed with the information from reception when we called twice ahead of booking. When your children are older, they will love the big atrium and vintage lift. The adults appreciated the period details and good breakfast. Rooms are stylish and clean. Rooms to the street are very cold in winter and should not be let without extra duvets or blankets or at least with the extra heater run before guests arrive, because it took hours for us to warm up the room and it is hard to sleep with a noisy convection heater.

I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. No heating in the room (in December), late check in (waiting for 2h- they gave me the room at 4.30 with ridiculous arguments) no room service, no restaurant, uncomfortable pillows and I got assigned an individual room even though I book a double. I had to complain and they reassigned me the room arguing it was a favor … no words

As the windows open to courtyard it was stuffy and there was no air in the room. I paid for single room but the bed was child size with two kids pillows on it. Night was noisy as the room was on top of the reception and it was impossible to sleep because the guests were loud. Avoid staying at rooms 102 103 104 104 right on top for her reception.

It was OK. Rooms were OK, service was OK, location was good. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have access to coffee and snacks over the day. WiFi was horrible, I tried to work from here but kept getting disconnected from my meetings. Wouldn't go again if I needed to rely on a good WiFi.

1, Really bad room cleaning services (actually they just forgot to Clean the room) and my room 109 is not cleaned for the whole day, even I mentioned in the early afternoon at 2pm, until now 21:18 I found it still stayed the same as when I left the room. I understand the mistake can happen to anybody, but the moment when I mentioned to the reception lady at 2pm, she just talked to her colleague: “ the cleaning lady is not here or cannot find anybody to clean…” I thought before she will try to solve this in the afternoon, but unfortunately, she did nothing. Good thing is In the end another reception lady Sandra helped me to clean the bathroom even not her fault. 2, We have 6 people stay in 6 rooms. All of them mentioned the heating in the room doesn’t work. It’s very cold. 3, Breakfast is bad quality with limited choice. Generally I don’t recommend this hotel unless the location. We booked this hotel in the last min by our colleague from travel desk due to the big group of people, we cannot find 6 rooms in one hotel only one day before we check in.

Really amazing staff. We ge from boat really early and got the still the room and also a free breakfast. When we left they packed the breakfast with us😃 Beauty place and really really good breakfast in a lovely courtyard. Drottningar gatan was an easy place to start the day. Recommended definetly♥️

My first night, I got a room in which there was a whirring sound from the ventilation. When I asked staff, they were kind enough to assign me to another room. Overall helpful staff, good service and housed in a very beautiful building, I had a good experience here.
