The staff was really kind and friendly, especially the receptionist Fabian, who helped us a lot! There's a coffee machine available at all times, with pastry to enjoy with your coffee or tea, which is a huge plus! Breakfast was great, with many options to choose from, and the rooms are quite comfortable. There is also a rooftop balcony and living room area next to the reception to feel even more at home. Metro is less than 5 minutes by foot away. In short, we loved staying here!

Very helpful staff, very clean, overall great place to stay. Booking made in error as wrong airport selected, however we would stay there again with no issues. Thanks again from the 5 English non Swedish speaking.

We had to cancel our reservation due to my partner having a medical emergency and our wedding and honeymoon being canceled. We have plenty of notice in our cancellation. However, the staff was rude in their response and did not allow us to cancel. The customer service was awful. I understand upholding policy, but in this case I think the staff could have been a bit kinder to an already difficult situation and at least been nice in their interactions with us.

With all honesty it's one of the most amazing hotels, one huge reason is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and are willing to help you anyway they could. Special thank you to Kayla who made my stay enjoyable and much easier. For such a small hotel people wouldn't expect much, but trust me when I say it will surprise you. Cleanliness 10/10 Breakfast place is a bit small compared to other places but the wonderful thing is that it contains everything you'd think of 10/10 You can grab your coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (complimentary) and head to the roof where there is a nice terrace for you to chill and hangout. It is a 5 minutes walk from the metro station and is inbetween two very delicious restaurants one of which is pure indian and man their food tastes so good. Overall, this hotel felt like a small cozy place with a wonderful view from the room.

We use the hotel to be in contact with our partner university and still can be easy within the city. Breakfast is really good and they also gave us the opportunity to get breakfast a little bit earlier to be in time at the Södertörn Högskola. Really cool !

Super nice experience. The service was very helpful. We needed to leave very early in the morning to the airport and they offered a breakfast to go and reserved a taxy to get there. It's just 25 minutes away to the city center and is a silent and peaceful area. The breakfast is good and rooms are cosy. 5 stars.

Rooms are small but are clean and come with a refrigerator. Staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is lovely with many options: gluten-free, lactose-free, lots of fruits, cheeses, breads, yogurt, filmjolk, self-made waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, prins korv (mini hotdogs) instead of sausages. A machine that makes hot chocolate, hot water and a variety of coffees. A large selection of tea bags are available. After breakfast, you can use the coffee, hot chocolate, and hot water machine off the lobby 24 hours per day. Additionally, baked goods are provided there around the clock, as well. The rooftop has chairs and tables for a pleasant eating place. Salad bars are available at the close-by grocery stores. The location is wonderful, as the hotel is only a short walk to a public transportation hub, including the subway, the airport bus from Arlanda Airport, as well as local busses. Finally, there is also a nature reserve within a 10-15 minute walk where people swim in the lake.

I'm excited! :D A really great hotel with friendly personal, metro and lots of shops and a lake just around the corner! We used the roof terrace almost every evening to have dinner and to enjoy the pleasant coolness of the evening. I can only praise the diverse breakfast, the reception staff and the room service! Everything perfectly organized and problems quickly managed. There were a free coffee machine, pastry like Kanelbulle and water in the entrance area around the clock. We, two eighteen-year-old high school graduates, have been looking for accommodation for a long time, and it worked perfectly here. The location is great for exploring Stockholm, the center can be reached in under 30 minutes by metro or bus, I can highly recommend a weekly or rechargeable ticket, we were even able to use it to travel long distances on the SL ferries and so we had several tours through the scares of Stockholm included - definitely a highlight of our trip thanks to the indescribable landscapes and buildings! We settled in quickly and were sad when we had to leave again!

Smaller, but tidy rooms. Perfect service. Strategic place close to bus station and centre of Stockholm. Nice surroundings for jogging, cycling..

We had a great stay here, the lady that worked that weekend was so helpful when our baby made a mess and she washed our clothes for us. Great service! The rooms are small but most hotel rooms in Sweden seems to be on the smaller side. Would stay here again!

Friendly staff (though they seem a bit understaffed) and a pretty good breakfast (apart from a poorly functioning waffle maker and limited alternative diet options). Rooms are small and very basic. Location is convenient but loud, with lots of traffic noise leaking in. Add to this electrical buzzing and other sounds inside the building as well as a back-breaking spring mattress in a bed that rocked violently with every small motion ... Not a great night's sleep.

Reception till 21:00. The rest is alright.

Great staff, breakfast and fit out. Loved the free wooden outdoor gym and running track around the lake only 5 minutes' walk away. Convenient trains into the city every 10 minutes or so, the trip takes around 25 minutes. Very safe and peaceful area.

A decent place to stay. Perfect breakfast. Nice host. It is close to local transport routs, and 30-40 minutes away from the historic downtown.

Clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choice, nice staff. The location is good too, 3-minute walk to the metro station, then a 20-minute journey to downtown.

I was there for one night. The room is big enough, the bathroom, too. The shower is actually pretty big. The windows are very good, so you hear pretty much nothing. Staff is really friendly. And there is a free coffemachine downstairs.

The rooms were nice but a bit small and some parts were not cleaned well. The breakfast is nice and there is free coffee available 24/7. The staff is really nice. Its a cheeper but nice hotel 20min away from the stockholm centre with the train

This might be a review of Swedish hotels in general. I don't know, so am sticking with 4 stars. I didnt like that you have to ask to have your room cleaned. Staying for a week, soap and toilet paper ran out. Also breakfast was inconsistent as to what was available and cant be had passed 9am. This is generally too early for me. No milk either - only almond, soy, etc. Beds were comfy and room was nice though. Staff were polite. Don't like how the beds are separated rather than being a double. Same with quilts, but I think this is a Swedish thing so cant fault the hotel for it. It didnt bother me, but room didn't have a safe.

a nice place to stay if the distance to the city center doesn't matter.it takes about fifteen minutes by metro to reach the center.
