*JUNE 2023 UPDATE* - EMPLOYEES ARE STILL REMOVING ORDER NUMBERS BEFORE COMPLETION! - Unprofessional still Incompetent Management AND Order numbers are removed before being issued (8 minutes this time...up to 20 minutes in the past PAID ORDERS ARE NOT BEING DELIVERED and, despite contacting the worker in charge of the location, despite acknowledging their error, they refuse to deliver the remaining half of my order. Simple version = I paid for the meal, but I did not get that meal OR a refund.

You would have to search pretty hard to find a worse McDonalds than this one. 9am, apparently 3 staff total. I order from the touch screen, but there is a technical problem with paying. It gives me a slip to pay at the nearest cash. There is no staff in sight. After more than five minutes waiting, a staff member comes out. I say hello and she walks right by me, as if I wasn't there. Not even an acknowledgement. After almost ten more minutes, the staff person who is manning the drive thru comes and takes my payment. Then ten minutes more for the food. Half an hour for service in a near empty McDonalds and all the staff extremely grim and grumpy. Not a smile between the lot of them.

Friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. Open 24/7. Many service your self kiosks. Quick service. Food tasted like it should. Nice outside seating area.

We are two small burgers that were tasty. We got our food very fast, which is good. I would advise you adding in your chicken burger cheese😌

Ordered at McDonald's in Älvsjö with delivery at the office: - delivery was ok - could not really see the difference of the french fries volume between a "stor" and a medium/standard size - a burger, normally included in the menu, was missing. At the end, we (5 people) shared the food and got the burger refunded... Not impresed but convenient...

BM and latte breakfast in the car :b The hamburger was warm and the latte was HOT! Open 24/7 !

The restaurant is large in size and the outside seating is nice and spacious. This McDonald's is also easy to reach. It opens 24 hours, as well as a quick drive through/ take away service.

i forgot how many times the place was dirty, run out of paper for receipts and forgot items in the order

Took over 20 min to deliver four meals. Staff wasn't interested in service at all.

Not the best McDonalds restaurant in Sweden. But if you want to grab something to eat, it is fine.

Really disgusting. The burger tasted really bad, the fries was wet and the Coke was flat🤢

The staff is always rude and they make you wait on drive thru to order.
