Otroligt oproffsigt bemötande. Jag kom i tid till receptionen varav det tog 5-10 att "checka in". När jag sedan blev ombedd att ta mig ner till våning under blev jag bemött av läkaren som var upprörd som få och tvingade mig be om ursäkt framför alla i väntrummet. Väl inne i rummet efter denna förödmjukande upplevelse visar det sig att doktorn är totalt opåläst om mitt fall, lyssnar inte på mig angående symptom etc. Det slutade med att han säger tyvärr kan jag inte hjälpa dig. Ingen remiss till sjukgymnast, vidare undersökning eller dylikt. UNDVIK!

All staff are friendly and empathetic. You get the pain relief you need, and you get good information about what will happen.

Har gjort två knäoprationer som har gått väldigt bra. Personalen är så duktiga och omhändertagande så man känner sig riktigt bortskämd när man är där ni är proffs tack än en gång.

Hemsk upplevelse med Petter Ek som läkare. Hade en gangleon på stortån, han gjorde en misslyckad operation och desdutom ljög då jag fragade honom om själva säcken av vätskan var hel,, ja sa han fast den inte var det.

Refused to accept one because you were 4 minutes late. After 2 minutes at the reception with their problems logging into the system, I am told that the doctor cannot receive due to delay. Under all the criticism! Doesn't even feel comfortable to come back.

Got a knee replacement yesterday. Thank you to all the nice and helpful doctors and nurses Sussi and Ida who took very good care of me. Unfortunately, I don't remember the other names So grateful

Got a knee replacement a week and a half ago. Fantastic treatment by knowledgeable staff before and after surgery. They did a great job on me. When it has hurt since I got home, I have received quick help both on the phone and via chat. They have a fantastically good app where you both get information and answer questions basically daily a couple of weeks before and after the operation. It makes me feel very well informed. Couldn't be more pleased. I can recommend the clinic to anyone who is going to change a joint. Many thanks to the amazing staff

Now it was time to do my second knee joint replacement and it went as well as last time now I hope the rest of the healing will be good it's been 2 years since the first knee had surgery and is now fully recovered, may be some problems crawling on the knees but otherwise completely ok. Just wanted to say about my stay there and a big thank you to Dr. Lars Johnsson with his team
