This practice is highly NOT recommended and totally unprofessional. This is no scam but unfortunately, my real experience with gynaecologist Maria Tronner. She prescribed me pills that caused me a cerebral venous thrombosis, even if I told her that I had hereditary slow blood coagulation.

Professional and thorough. Gave me the information I needed and provided details when asked without dumbing it down. Were considerate & accommodating when I expressed concerns. Was worried after reading the other reviews as I've had many bad medical experiences in Sweden. But this was not the case.

The ability to get in touch with Considra is exactly as bad as people say. Unfortunately, this also applies to the pre-scheduled surgery coordinator who I tried to call for several days without ever getting through before the phone queue was full for the day. It wasn't so good, mainly because I was wondering about things that made me unsure if I would be able to carry out the operation as planned or not. However, the visit itself was good (and much better than I expected once I started reading about the reception). The receptionist, nurses and doctor were all pleasant and professional. I got answers to the questions I had once I got there, and thankfully it wasn't a problem. I would have been completely satisfied, if I didn't have to feel stressed the days before due to the impossibility of getting in touch.

Cassandra was so understanding of my needs and was wonderful, I felt in safe hands during the gynecological examination

This is literally the worst clinic you can go to. I had an appointment with Nicholas, the gynaecologist and he didn't show up. Nobody knew anything about him or that I had an appointment. The worst disorganisation I have ever seen in my life.

Wrong diagnosis, no proper war examination, they recommended buying medicine for a disease that I didn't even have and which of course didn't help. Had to go to a private doctor to get the right diagnosis and the right treatment

Really agree with all the comments the doctor was extremely rude and showed no empathy. However, the midwife who was there was very kind

AVOID at all costs. That this clinic is allowed to continue operating is completely incomprehensible to me. You will have to look for more arrogant and rude doctors. Left the clinic with a big lump in my stomach, never been treated in such a way by anyone in the healthcare profession. This activity should be reviewed immediately. A quick Googling of people active in this company after I was there showed that they had been the subject of a major review by the county council before... But then under a different name, my God!

So I waited 2 months for an appointment, the day comes and I'm on my way when I get a call from them ''is it an emergency? No? Then we will reschedule''. Didn't get to say much about it, fine. I get another appointment 2 months later on a monday. Turns out I get sick on the Sunday, I read my letter from them to find the contact info ''Phone opening hours: Monday to Friday''. I call first thing Monday morning then, my appointment get rescheduled. Then I receive a faktura asking me to pay the appointment because I didn't cancel early enough. What I didn't know is that I was supposed to not just read my booking letter but search on the website, then I would have seen that the cancellation can be done at any time, on any day since you just leave a message and don't get to talk to anyone. So now I need to pay for an appointment I couldn't go to, that I haven't cancelled soon enough because the informations were not clear. All that because my initial appointment to which I was totally able to go and was even on my way to got rescheduled by them at the last minute. I tried to call them to explain this, phone queue always full. When I manage to get someone on the phone, she just told me ''you cancelled too late, nothing I can do, bye'' and hang up before I could even explain anything. I send an email, explain all this. ''Thank you for your message. The cancellation policy is explained on the website, have a good day''. So lesson of that story: apparently don't trust the information you're given and double check everything. Come even if you have fever and make everybody around sick, otherwise not only will you wait another 3 months for another appointment, but you will also get a fee. Because, you know, when you cancel an appointment you've waited months to have, it's obviously out of malice and carelessness. And finally, hope you never have to reach them in person because they are rude and obviously don't have even one minute to give you to try and listen to you.

I had a very pleasant and smooth experience visiting considera and got all the help I needed from midwife Milou! She was very professional, understanding and supportive during my visit!
