The most wonderful experience with a knowledgable and respectful team. We did our dry suit and ppb with them and finished up with a dive shop that they set us up with in Malta. We'll be heading back around regularly for the great sense of community.

Very friendly crew

I did Dry Suit and PPB specialty courses here with my wife. The instructors, divemasters, and DMTs (basically everyone) are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Will go with them again in case I want to dive more in Stockholm.

Small shop floor but amazingly good staff. Often easy to find parking which is great when carrying heavy bottles.

5/5 Top service with lovely instructors! Serious arrangement where the student and safety were the focus. Just the fact that they chose to run an OWD course with only one registrant instead of postponing it and merging with another one shows that it's not all about milking the students and maximizing profit per course! Can highly recommend!

I canceled my second dive during the exam weekend due to panic, haven't heard a word from anyone at EcoDive! The graduation weekend was in August. That someone should get in touch after a while seems obvious....ask how/if I want to proceed, tell me about the possibilities ahead...some form of follow-up is reasonable, I think. Given how much talk there is about safety, an obvious question should also be "Are you ok?" can you think... The whole course, including the drysuit course that was not completed, was paid for, so you don't have to keep up with follow-up and such "nonsense"... or!? They talk a lot about quality and safety too. On the exam weekend, they had brought too few compasses and dive computers so I didn't get any, had an instructor who kept an eye on me instead, but that doesn't create confidence and diving fun. It took 3 lessons before I got equipment that suited my height (160cm), even though I had been to the shop to try on the BCD etc and despite the instructors pointing this out to EcoDive after every pool session. Made a big difference with the correct size of the equipment. My summary of EcoDive is a lot of talk and little workshop, my OWD was literally money down the drain.

Very unpleasant customer experience over the phone. The son is satisfied with the diving training, but I, as a paying customer, received no help or advice over the phone.
