First
of
all
the
positives:
The
employees
we‘re
very
kind
and
did
our
food
as
good
as
they
could.
I
don‘t
think
the
following
bad
things
are
mostly
their
fault.
Probably
forced
from
the
leaseholder,
which
is
not
always
the
person
who
should
own
a
Subway,
really...
The
rest
wasn‘t
very
good.
Backgound:
I
also
work
at
multiple
subways
in
germany
and
I
am
very
aware
of
the
hygienic
rules
and
the
generic
subway
rules
for
their
guidelines.
I
don‘t
think
the
rules
are
much
apart
between
the
countries.
-
First
of
all
there
were
nearly
no
hygienic
rules
taken
seriously.
It
starts
with
touching
the
cash
register
with
the
-still
in
use-
hand
gloves
and
ends
with
dirty
environment.
-
The
refrigerated
counter
is
too
cold,
the
things
are
partially
frozen.
-
The
bread
is
not
well
baked
and
we‘re
too
long
in
the
proofer.
As
in
result
they‘re
very
bland.
-
The
guidelines
for
the
amount
of
salads
are
clearly
too
small
taken.
There
should
be
much
more
on
your
sub
according
to
subways
guidelines!
-
Things
are
on
the
menu
but
parts
of
it
are
missing.
For
example
there
are
subs
with
the
limited
new
„baconese“-sauce,
but
the
employees
are
not
even
aware
of
it,
that
it
should
exist…
-
For
the
amount
of
customers,
there
should
be
three
people
working,
not
two.
They
we‘re
cleary
overwhelmed
by
that
many
people.
->
no
time
for
cleaning
This
subway
is
definitely
not
the
store
who
should
represent
the
brand.
I
hope
the
leaseholder
will
change
something.
If
he
doesn‘t
he‘ll
definitely
lose
the
license
if
there‘s
coming
an
controls-person
from
subway.
