Absolutely outstandingly good! I have trained with and received massages from Sadi for six months now and see clear results both in strength based on the weights I take, but also visible physical results. And above all, it is the unique combo of expertise in both training and massage. When I started, I had a lot of trouble with pain in my back, hips and knees. He has conjured this away with the right combination of exercise and massage. And it's so much fun to hang out with Sadi for an hour a week, because he's such a fun-loving and lovely person! Would highly recommend this place!

I found Sadi when I had a running injury in my leg and needed help with a proper massage. Over the years I have tried many different ones and can say that Sadi is the absolute best. He immediately knows where the problem area is and does not give up until it is solved. Have since started hiring him as a PT as well, which is a fantastic combination of prehab and rehab. Someone who knows which parts you need to strengthen and at the same time can get treatment if you need it. All strength training sessions end with an incredibly good and comfortable stretch. I can highly recommend him!

I have been training with Sadi for two months now and in that short time he has made me significantly stronger. Sadi makes training fun, he is tough but at the same time incredibly kind. I suffer from various previous injuries but feel confident that Sadi knows what I need from week to week to relieve any joint and muscle pain. His knowledge of anatomy has also come in handy and he has on several occasions dissolved temporary knots in the back and neck. I can really recommend him warmly, both as a PT and a sports massage therapist.

Awesome! The first time a masseuse really makes a difference. I left with neck pain from years past which was significantly better after just one session. He pushes hard which I wanted. Very nice, thank you very much! Highly recommend!

Had a long collaboration with work in work out. Been with since it started when I had pain in my knee for a long time and wanted to get better before a marathon. Already after day two I felt stronger. The massage is always at the same high level. I'm always happy to go regularly for treatment considering how much I exercise. Also works to go there for preventive purposes.
