they
are
mainly
interested
in
your
money
but
not
so
much
in
your
health.
I
went
there
regularly
and
missed
a
single
appointment
on
a
Monday
which
I
failed
to
cancel
on
time.
Called
them
immediately
after
to
apologise
and
to
arrange
another
appointment.
They
insisted
on
getting
1500
SEK
for
the
appointment
I
missed,
charging
me
2
full
hours
of
treatment,
however
the
professional
cleaning
only
takes
20
minutes
plus
a
2-3
minute
session
with
the
doctor.
When
I
complained
about
the
amount
and
that
I
wished
to
come
again
in
the
future,
they
promised
to
send
me
a
cheaper
bill
which
I
never
received.
Instead,
I
received
a
standard
fee
for
not
having
payed
my
open
bill
in
the
first
place.
Sorry,
but
I
expect
doctors
to
care
a
little
bit
more
about
their
patients.

Yes,
you
are
right.
I
missed
the
appointment
and
I
had
the
chance
to
cancel
it
on
time
but
I
did
not
receive
the
SMS
abroad.
Anyway,
this
is
my
fault
and
not
yours
and
I
am
not
argueing
here.
And
yes
I
still
feel
charging
two
full
hours
for
a
treatment
and
check-up
that
doesn't
take
much
more
than
30
minutes
is
immoderate.
But,
I
called
the
same
day
to
apologize,
to
explain
my
situation
and
ultimately
to
get
a
new
appointment.
I
did
not
expect
you
to
make
me
a
deal
(although
I
asked
and
hoped
for
it)
but
you
offered
a
deal
when
you
promised
to
send
a
cheaper
bill.
The
first
bill
was
delivered
within
2-3
working
days?
Pretty
fast
right?
But
I
am
still
waiting
for
the
one
you
promised
me
on
the
phone.
Since
I
already
had
to
pay
60
SEK
fee
for
the
first
one,
I
am
sure
you
never
sent
that
bill,
you
actually
had
no
intentions
to
send
it
and
most
importantly
you
simply
lied
to
me
on
the
phone.
Is
this
your
way
of
showing
respect?
