Amazing! Best implantologist!

A place where they are mainly interested in your money but not so much in your health. I went there regularly and missed a single appointment on a Monday which I failed to cancel on time. Called them immediately after to apologise and to arrange another appointment. They insisted on getting 1500 SEK for the appointment I missed, charging me 2 full hours of treatment, however the professional cleaning only takes 20 minutes plus a 2-3 minute session with the doctor. When I complained about the amount and that I wished to come again in the future, they promised to send me a cheaper bill which I never received. Instead, I received a standard fee for not having payed my open bill in the first place. Sorry, but I expect doctors to care a little bit more about their patients. Reply to Owners Comment: Yes, you are right. I missed the appointment and I had the chance to cancel it on time but I did not receive the SMS abroad. Anyway, this is my fault and not yours and I am not argueing here. And yes I still feel charging two full hours for a treatment and check-up that doesn't take much more than 30 minutes is immoderate. But, I called the same day to apologize, to explain my situation and ultimately to get a new appointment. I did not expect you to make me a deal (although I asked and hoped for it) but you offered a deal when you promised to send a cheaper bill. The first bill was delivered within 2-3 working days? Pretty fast right? But I am still waiting for the one you promised me on the phone. Since I already had to pay 60 SEK fee for the first one, I am sure you never sent that bill, you actually had no intentions to send it and most importantly you simply lied to me on the phone. Is this your way of showing respect?

I made an appointment through their website for a dental hygienist. I went to the clinic which is just around the corner from where I live at Odenplan. I rang the door and nobody was there. I called and all I got was an automated message. Two days before they told me that I can book an appointment through their website (which I did). What the heck? I have gotten cleanings in several countries at low and high-end clinics and I never experienced something like this. Avoid this clinic (They better not try to invoice me for this!).

My experience at this dental clinic was disappointing, as it seems their focus is more on profits than patient health. A brief 15-minute hygiene cleaning cost me SEK 1.6k, resulting in such poor quality that I had to spend an hour during next visit (another clinic) to clean up the build up from my previous visit to this clinic. When my upper retainer broke, I was charged SEK 1.3k for a two-minute conversation with a doctor who admitted her inability to fix it. Another 15 minutes were spent removing the broken retainer for one jaw. They referred me to another clinic within their network, quoting an outrageous SEK 10k for the fixing of a new one. Seeking a second opinion, I had the retainer fixed elsewhere for just SEK 3.7k. This experience reveals a concerning prioritization of financial gain over providing quality care, prompting me to reconsider future dental choices.

I had two filling with doctor Anna Maria. She is great - she answers all my questions patiently and kindly, and explains things along the treatment so it’s less scary. She also spotted a hidden cavity that helped me avoid bigger problems in the future. I recommend her.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The dentist who took care of me Konstantinos Iliadis was very nice and skilled in his work. The lady at the reception was also very nice! I am very pleased with my experience. Clean and cosy clinic. Definitely recommend!

I booked an appointment via telephone for a treatment, and they wanted me to first book a check up and then another one for the treatment, and said that it is ok if there will be different doctors for check up and treatment. One day after this conversation when I got there for check up, the doctor said that it won't be possible to have the check up with her and the treatment with another doctor... plus that they don't even offer the treatment that I wanted any longer there and just wasted my time and money (parking and Congestion taxes...)

My first visit to the clinic and I was well received and looked after, given very good advice and shown respect for my fear of the dentist. Will definitely be back!
