The store has a strange layout that makes it a little difficult to find. Besides that, the store has friendly staff and has a good selection of clothes.

Incredibly rude, unprofessional and bad tempered staff working in H&M Bromma Blocks. Specifically this older lady with dark highlighted hair working on the top floor counter (Thursday afternoon in late May). I live nearby so I kinda visit this store often and this lady has this awful attitude with some customers for unknown reasons. I came there to leave a bag of clothes for recycling, i greeted her, she barely said hello, and then she rudely, almost commanded me to knot the plastic bag. Then she also commanded me to throw the bag inside the container, with the same non chalant and bad attitude. The store wasn't busy at all, and also she could have asked nicely instead of having this b**chy tone, as if I - the customer - is some sort of servant. Very very rude. But I did it anyways and observed her display of total lack of professionalism and customer service. Then I went inside the store and checked their dresses and looked up a similar model in the H&M app and wanted to ask another staff of they were the same model. I greeted a younger woman with "Hej". She did not greet me back. What the heck is going on with these people? Are they getting paid or not? Because it seems as if ME the customer is on the receiving end of their frustrations. Like a punching bag. Mind you, I am giving MY clothes to H&M to purchase clothes at H&M. But that type of off putting attitude made me rethink not to shop anything from that specific store. I really don't understand what the staff is gaining by being rude and having unpleasant attitudes. And this is something I've witnessed here over the years. It's probably a very toxic working environment. Also they do not refill the paper tissues for testing, which is detrimental because when you try a make up sample and can't wipe it off, you might accidentally stain the clothes in the store.

Everyone can find something with style and size at affordable prices.

Really rude unhelpful staff at H&M Brooma. I would have given it minus 5 if it was available. Retrain your staff in what customer service is. But I will not ship there any more

The people who were nice in this store were the cleaning staff. Those who work for HM are incredibly lazy at their jobs, which affects the customers. Didn't make a purchase, went to Lindex instead.

Bought a pair of jeans that I managed to wear for two weeks before the seams on both sides broke. I went to HM in Bromma Blocks to advertise these. Was denied because I didn't have the receipt even though I had a bank statement that clearly showed I had bought the pants a month earlier and also a picture from the same day when I tried the pants on in the store! In addition, the staff were very rude in their treatment. So I didn't get my money back, nor did I get a new pair of pants. Very disappointed and unlikely to shop at HM ever again - especially not in Bromma Blocks!
