    Don’t buy expensive beds as Mio will not fulfill commitment of 10 years warranty. Be very careful their reclamation department has only one task.... that is to deny product fault. My bed springs have totally lost support and are broken, during assessment visit the reclamation staff confirmed the damage and confirmed that bed will be replaced and later their reclamation department denied. It’s worst company when it comes to honest reclamation service. I am taking case to ARN but obviously it will take long time to settle and in meanwhile I am stuck with broken bed. In brief just forget 10 years warranty mostly the bed has life of 3 to 4 years with careful decent usage.

    Terrible customer service and chaos in the furniture pick up area. It was a special order so there was a wait to be able to pick it up. They sent an sms and I arranged for a man to help me move the heavy sofa. However when we went to pick it up they couldn't find it. After a half hour I left empty handed. The following week we did get a call saying they had no idea where the sofa could be and that they would call again when they did. They didn't call again but they sent a confusing sms saying that we shouldn't forget the sofa that has been sitting there. So it took about 4 calls to get confirmation that they really had it. When my wife and I went the second time to pick it up the Mio trailer was full of animal hair. I am very allergic to cats so my wife started sweeping out the trailer. While she was doing that the man with the sofa on a fork lift showed up and repeatedly urged me to quickly help him lift the sofa the remaining distance from the loading dock to the trailer but when we lifted he moved so fast that the load became unbalanced and fell against the tail of the trailer where the locking mechanism punctured the package the sofa was in. I wanted to check the damage but he repeatedly urged me to sign off on my receiving of the goods. I was forced to forcefully tell him repeatedly that he would have to wait while I checked the damage. It became rather heated and seemed he didn't want to keep a sofa just because he had damaged it. In the end the sofa was only damaged in a spot that did not show so we accepted the sofa and paid. As we were leaving we were told "it's better to break a sofa than break our backs". After all the confusion and aggravation we realized that we had forgotten to use the 10% discount coupon we had with us. We called the next day to see if they would take it after the fact and were told "No". What a shopping experience.

    Terrible customer service after purchase. In the end of November 2019 I bought an expensive armchair at Mio Bromma, which arrived in the beginning of December and presented a failure. I had to send three emails until they finally opened a reclamation for me. I was told I should wait for the solution, but almost one month had passed until I emailed them again. Then I was told I should call the customer service to book a visit. I called and was told to wait more 48h for them to call me back, but nothing! I have never received this kind of "support" since I moved to Stockholm.

    Mio Bromma has been and still my favourite store to buy the household quality stuff at good price whenever I need one. A big variety of furniture for livinig room and bedroom including the outdoor ones.

    Was given a moldy carpet. Had to bring it back myself, waste my weekend hours and ended up being treated like a guilty party. Didn't hear a single sorry or anything. Things like that happen, products go bad, etc...but the way that you handle your customers makes me go around this brand for good.

    I selected Mio because i thought they were generally of high quality suitable for a work display. The shelves I purchased turned out to be one someone else had returned - screws loose and missing, inside packaging in tatters, cosmetic damage. Had to return and swap it out which caused me some inconvenience. I invited them to offer me something to compensate for this but they declined - not interested in my experiences. The new shelves still have some cosmetic damage and i have to touch it up myself. Really dissapointing.

    Ask the guys for sales on the floor items - we got 50% off our bed and were super happy. Delivery only delivers to door - and not inside your apartment. So you need to carry the stuff into the actual room..

    Avoid them, please. Order scheduled 3 months ago was late 3 weeks after the initial agreed date. Avoiding our calls, constantly redirecting to different department when we tried to contact them. It is ok to do this with non essential items, but if you need beds or kitchen table, consider sleeping on the floor and eat standing for couple of weeks/months...
