The psychologists discussed together with the social services that the person in question was NOT suicidal at the moment and then refused the application to see a psychologist. Instead, the problem was considered to be social in nature rather than psychological in nature. So if you want to make an appointment here, just say that your child is suicidal, otherwise there is a big risk that BUP will screw up a..... And some wonder why mental health among young people has skyrocketed......... Now it's not JUST BUP's fault, but is it a requirement that you have tendencies to take your own life in order to get help then there is something really weird about society.

VERY BAD You don't get any help here. if you don't want your child to feel worse then don't go to bup brommaplan.

They don't want to work here! They lack work ethic and service. Can't get in touch with a psychologist or doctor and the receptionist who answers is both rude and unwilling to help or cooperate!

I have met both good and less good staff there, but the psychologist who did my neuropsychiatric examination was absolutely amazing! If it had only been her that I reviewed, the rating would have been 5/5

Works very well, for our daughter. Her psychologist is amazing and is helping our daughter feel better. The doctors we met know their stuff. Says mother who is herself a pediatric nurse. Apply to this reception if your children need help with their mental well-being

Extremely unpleasant and rude treatment by staff who answer the phone and want to show power over parents with young children with autism who need time for investigation or pass on the referral to other clinics.

Shut down the brake plane bup! All the staff are very rude and incompetent. No IQ at all.. During the investigation, they said that my son had nothing but still offered them medication. Appealed about the tests then told them: Don't you understand that he has every right to receive medication something that I did not want. Does not get a diagnosis but offers medicine. It noticed that who can work without studies.

Ignorant staff, impossible to get in touch with doctor and psychologist. They don't know how to handle a child with severe social anxiety, was supposed to get an autism investigation but became completely silent after I sent in forms. No one cares about the child if the children cannot bear to answer the same questions over and over again.
