He already makes his judgment before he meets me. Says it's so messed up that I'm there and wouldn't have changed healthcare centers! Don't even want to listen to what I say. Talking all the time that I'm going back to my previous health center. Smiles and says I'll take Ipren if I'm in severe pain. Does not take the patient seriously. Asking if maybe I have a lot of problems in life which I told him before that I don't!!! Also plays that he doesn't understand my dialect. A real abusive treatment!!

Here's how to book an appointment at Alvik's vc: - Uses 1177's function for booking. -Gets an answer 2 days later to call the ice department at 8am. - Calls and gets an answer to instead come there the next day when they open to get an appointment. - Get there and they say you should go to närkut instead. To take up time for something that is not urgent. Maybe they should ask patients to sign up elsewhere.

Easy to get an appointment, usually with your own doctor. Good with the lab in the same stairwell.

Very good vårdcentral, with nice and competent personell there.

Doctors refuse treatment, say that "there is something wrong with the soul". Uneducated and lazy..

My visit definitely gets five stars! Got great help from Lovisa and felt really listened to. Then took a blood test from a very knowledgeable and professional woman upstairs. Really worth top marks!

Very unpleasant and not very helpful person at the reception

Called for 2 days to get an appointment and once there I waited for 40 minutes with no contact. It turns out that I got the wrong time over the phone when booking, even though I repeated the time, the receptionist did not react. When you also do not receive any confirmation by email/text message, it is difficult to double-check that she has given a correct time. But once I was received by the doctor, she was good and pleasant for the short time we had time to talk.

I think this VC has always done his best to the best of his ability. If a referral has been needed, I have always received a referral. When emergency time was needed, they have almost always solved it. Today I received very nice treatment from nurses and doctors via video link as they did everything to solve an emergency time with bacterial culture and I received a prescription the same day. Very good and detailed information from both nurses and the doctor. Friendly and professional all. So very satisfied and happy that they really try their very best and even solve times when there really aren't any available.
