I have made a reservation here some time ago cause it was open on a sunday. While booking on the website, it was also possible to chose the hair dresser, they had names and pictures. On the day, I arrived on time and some other person than the one I chose on the website started cutting my hair. The person I chose was treating another customer right next to me. I got no explanation and I thought this was a bit disrespectful. The person who cut my hair (who was not even available on the website to choose from) cut, blow air dried and straightened my hair. She continued cutting my hair for at least two more rounds after straightening, cause it was not even. My hair ended up having different levels on some places. I didnt ask them to correct it as I did not want my hair shorter. I was not happy with the service or result.

Very good barber, finally I am able to find my barber after 2,5 years in Sweden. Very friendly barber. And my barber is Ali , very nice , professional and humble.

Ali is my favorite barber 💈 in Stockholm if not all of Sweden. His hands not only do magic, but he’s a very nice guy as well! The place looks fresh and clean and the music is nice. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I am not that picky when it comes to haircuts but the top of my head was so uneven it looked like the letter M. I mentioned it twice to the barber but he could not fix it. Had to cut it myself when I went home. Looked like he only knew one style and did not even care about the simple style I showed him before he began.

This is my usual place. I take my kid along. We have been using the service for over a year and very satisfied. Highly recommend

Also, for the owner, there is no challenge he would not take (your imagination is and idea and you leave the rest to them) For the first time in my life, the barber did exactly what I wanted and I know I can trust him. I did my haircut here. She did it really well but one of my friend did haircut for the price 390 and for same haircut they charged 490 because of extrawork. That’s why three stars how come price changes from person to person.

I had the best experience yesterday at Royal Cut, thanks to Ali! I came at eight o’clock in the evening, exactly when they closed, I was late because of the traffic. Ali decided to take me in anyway and cut my hair so professionally, after closing hour!!! I had an important day at work this morning and it meant the world to me that he fixed my hair that evening.
